Miss-scramble out of 9.52 Official 3x3 Average

I was very upset at the time, however I am not that upset with this fail after the fact. The scramble I got for 5 was significantly easier than the scramble I was supposed to get.
I got a 1 move cross on that solve, but the actual scramble I was supposed to get was bad.
Either way, I have never had anything like this happen to me before, so I am not too upset about choking out of this average.

Basically I was talking to friends after the round ended, and I asked them about what they got on the 5th solve.
I told my friend I got a 1 move cross, but my friend said it was a very bad scramble. So, I asked the delegates to check the scramble for the 5th solve, and it was a miss scramble.

Basically for scramble 5 I got an insane scramble with a 1 move cross. After the group ended, my friend told me that the scrambles were very bad. I asked him what got on the 5th and he said it was very bad.
This made me suspect a miss scramble was likely, so I asked the delegate a to check the video to see if it was a miss scramble.
