TLDR: lower number = more speed = better.
I love Path of Rembrance purely because it lets me challenge the levels above my level by just stunlocking everything so it can't even take a turn. I use Gepard + Bronya to ensure that the enemy remains frozen on turns where it would normally be able to move, and when the freeze fails or I misplanned my skill points I just pop Gepard ult.
I lost 50/50 to Welt, definitely building him after watching this- have yet to beat Kafka boss in the SU UPDATE: I built him and I just beat SU World 5 (Kafka boss) first try EDIT: idk what’s wrong but please take ‘lost’ as a literal word because i wanted jingyuan not him 🗿 stop with the comment of me not losing because im talking about literal facts 💀

@bettawarrior They actually serve two functions. One is so that the team isn't super skill heavy, so you don't have to pick and choose who gets the skill points. The other is for the phys break and effect res(for March 7, since Kafka is getting put in the refrigerator)
That's not really how team building works. They want to spend all their skillpoints on Welt and Asta for the break and energy. If you put 4 attacking units on your team, you get super skill point negative and have to pick and choose who gets the skill points (keep in mind using skill instead of attack is the majority of most characters' damage) and you'll have been better off using more supports that aren't skillpoint hungry. Also, Asta is needed for her speed buff, and Welt is needed for his action delay in his kit and his element for the like 50 consecutive turns to happen.
Why would Seele be a better pick Kafka isn't even weak to quantum. And as the other comment said Welt is for action delay, Asta is for speed buff, March is for freeze and Natasha is for physical break and her burst also gives speed buff thanks to a blessing effect. Not only that Nat and March only basic attack which means OP gets enough skill points to constantly use Welt and Asta's skill and get their bursts very quickly. Only switchable character here is maybe either Natasha or March and even then a "better" switch would be Sushang, Dan Heng, Yanqing or destruction MC.

Having Seele in this team even with her signature light cone would give you a harder time (unless you hyper invested in her) because Kafka is not weak to quantum. I know she's a really good character but that doesn't mean she fits in every team in every situation.
