୪) ସତରେ ଯଦି ଜଣେ ନବାଗତା ପ୍ରାଥିନି ଦାୟୀ ଏଵଂ madam ତାଙ୍କ ଯୋଗୁ ୨୫,୦୦୦+ ଭୋଟ ରେ ହାରିଲେ, ତାହା ହେଲେ madam କବିସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟନଗର ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀରେ ରାଜନୀତି କରିବାକୁ ଆପଣ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ କି ?
