Try singing in a stadium and see how you find pitching! With that amount of verb going on and the ever-disconcerting in-ear monitors which cut-out the outside sound for the musicians, i can really sympathise with her!!
She also seems extremely nervous, so i also find the performance a bit cardboardy, but again...who wouldnt be if theyve never played to several thousand haha
