In the comics Black Widow is enhanced by a Russian version of the super solider serum, and while it isn't as potent as the one used with Cap, it definitely gave her enhanced abilities than a normal human being. Whether she is an enhanced individual in the MCU is yet to be determined in her solo movie.

Ferguson must be one of the most candid interviewers out there. He has at least some stories to tell the guests and contributes to the conversation instead of just letting the guests talk alone and just asking questions.
