I'm excited for the full review of the Vitamix!

I love the idea of feeding the electric composter output to red wigglers. You'd normally have to wait 3 weeks for even fine compost like this to age naturally in soil, but worms can cut that processing time down to a week, given comfortable living conditions. And while you do get some fungus, it doesn't propagate throughout the entire bin due to constant disruption from the worms.

It has been a great way to lower the amount of food waste I have quickly without the need to freeze it and what is great is the material that comes out of the Eco 5 is shelf stable so it can sit for weeks/months in a container without a lid with zero bugs or issues until I add it to the bins.
Before this I had a standup freezer full of food and sometimes had issues with how much food waste I would have now I'm almost to the point I can unplug the freezer saving a lot of electricity.

Looks like that would be great stuff to add to a super wet bin you are trying to dry out. Very cool that you can add two lobster shells to the Vitamix and feed it to the worms!🪱🪱🪱
