That Queen Bee tie tac is in fact a US Navy Sea Bee. I know this because 1) I grew up in San Diego in a navy family and 2) I have a Sea Bee pin with a little chain attached to another navy blue heart pin with Wife on it...If you look closely you will see the bee is holding a machine gun.
I won't be able to because it gets sold on ebay very quickly. I sell it for $3 per pound. I have few pounds right now. I put it on ebay when I get around 10 lbs
