Hello, why is HP 680 ink for both black and colour are roughly the same at Rm60 and Canon PG 745 (black)'s price is also roughly the same but then for Canon CL 746 (Colour) , it is so much more expensive?

The number of prints for both the companies are approximately same ....
Cost - inkjet approx ₹5-7 per print
Inktank - approx ₹10 paise per print

Canon also supports mobile Print but sometimes only ..
Both are good printers , if your printing requirement is very less then only go for the above printers or else go for inktank

After approx 500-1000 prints you will need to change the Cartridge.
If also ciss is not installed properly it May damage the printer

Sorry Tom but under 3k you won't get any printer that can print approx 300-400 pages per month (not even if you refill the Cartridge).
Better will be to add some more funds and go for inktanks (though the price may be a little more but in long run it will be worth it)

But the price will be approx ₹10000
Under 3.5k you will get only few inkjet printers but they can only print 50-60 pages and after that the cartridge will get over ...

Since you are a student I will suggest you to go for inktank printers like hp 310 or canon g2012
Th initial cost of inktank will be more (approx 10000) but in long run it will be very cost effective and can print thousands of pages .
Hp 2332 is an inkjet printer but all inkjet should only be used for very low printing , though the cost of inkjet is very less but in long run it will be very difficult to maintain the inkjet as it can only print 50-60 pages or even less in one cartridge and once the Cart is over you need to buy new one which will cost approx ₹1700 or can refill the cartridge but refill should be done correctly or else the cartridge + printer may damage

1) If you looking for only black and white print I will recommend you to go for Laser printer - Brother HL-L2321D
2) if you are looking for black and white along with color ( as your budget is 6-7k ) - hp deskjet 2338 , canon Pixma E477 , hp 115 inktank ( this inktank is single function that is it can only print but no scan or copy)

Unplug all the printer wires that is the powerplug + usb wire from the printer and also the power socket .
Wait for 1 min and again plug the wires , the printer will reset automatically

Under ₹4000 inkjet printer milega par aap usse approx 60-80 prints kar sakte ho uske baad aapko Cartridge change karna hoga jiska daam 1700-1800 ke aas paas aayega
