WOW - if their great self-promotion was only true. As a recent guest who abandoned the vacation cabin I can attest that the exact opposite was experienced by me and my family. Loss of $1895, plus 2 nights at a hotel before giving up and driving home on Thanksgiving Day. Dankeschön Evolve for the most stressful week of our lives.
It’s surprising to hear the positive spin in this interview, considering my recent experience with Evolve was the complete opposite. We rented a property in Bozeman, and it was a disaster. The TVs didn’t work, the house was falsely advertised as an "entire home" (there was a barking dog in an attached studio), and to top it off, both upstairs toilets and showers were clogged with sewage. Evolve's customer service was extremely slow, and we ended up abandoning our vacation. It’s hard to reconcile the CEO's claims of great service with what we went through. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend Evolve to anyone.
Listening to these two, and hearing how “trust” and “communication” is their top priority is nauseating. It is indeed the exact opposite. We too had to abandon our vacation. We booked the week of Thanksgiving 2024, last week actually. I called Evolve to inquire about the cleaning detergents used in the cabin we rented in Buchanan, VA, as well if there was a land line since there is no WiFi/Cell connection in the cabin, prior to our trip. They didn’t know the answer so I was referred to the owner, who was irritated that Evolve gave me her number. After finding out that they use Tide and Dawn I told the owner that I will bring my own sheets, blankets, pillows etc. since I am extremely sensitive to these and and a host of other harsh chemicals. Upon opening the door to the cabin the odor of musky/moldy overpowered with a strong cleaning agent sent my nervous and immune system in total distress. We found Glade Cashmere air freshener and Mold Armour Blocker in the bathroom cabinet. The First Aid Kit was stored in the same cabinet. Dawn was in the window sill in the kitchen. After all the prep that we went through for a long-awaited vacation, and to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter/boyfriend we thought we could stick it out. On the 2nd morning I felt so sick that we had to leave. We checked into a hotel where I could recover for 2 days, and after being unable to find a replacement rental we found ourselves driving home oThanksgiving Day for 5 hrs and the remainder we washed everything we brought to get rid of the odor/chemicals lingering in the fabrics. The floors were so uneven that we called the dining table “The Leaning Table of Buchanan.” NEVER EVER AGAIN! Their approach is to bombard the customer with generic BS mails, and “insufficient documentation” for a refund, but wen asked what would have been “sufficient documentation” even generic responses fail to arrive. I should have listened to our credit card company when they called whenwe made the booking aviation “possible scam.” They are!

Anyone thinking of using them for a vacation rental check out their reviews, especially BBB.
