I watched the original video first and have subsequently watched a lot of reaction videos and I pick up new details each time. The one thing I haven't seen anyone mention yet is the attention to detail in the section beginning at 6:20. This is a direct homage to Will (along with the rest of the song), but it's also an homage to Kobe. The sweats are signature of the NBA and the verse is about speaking up to your idols before they are gone.
