जोशी सर, मैं आपका बड़ा फैन हूँ, लकिन आज के इस विडियो में आप ने कुछ बातें सही से खुलासा नहीं की है जितना मैं जनता हूँ . जैसा के 1.वक्क बोर्ड का मेम्बर महिला नहीं हो सकती है, ऐसा कोई प्रावधान नहीं है वर्तमान काननों में. 2. वक्फ ट्रिब्यूनल का फैसला अंतिम तो होता है, लेकिन उसको रेविसन पेटीशन के द्वारा चुनौती दि जा सकती है. 3. किसी भी सम्पति को सर्कार द्वारा नियुक्त सर्वे कमिश्नर के द्वारा चयन होता और बाद में सर्कार उसको अपने राजपत्र में पब्लिश करती है, ना की वक्फ बोर्ड.
This is the best way of introduce a law. Also govt. should introduce laws like this, so that politicians can't bake their bread. If this is not introduce properly to piblic like @mjsir , this would be internal security too.

sir i have a doubt so please clear it and the doubt is like this, acc to sec 85 of the waqf act no civil court has the right to interfere in the matters of waqf however acc to sec 87 of the act ,allows one can move to high court against the decision of the waqf tribunal, then why everyone says the one cannot challenge the decision of the tribunal in any court even HC or SC, if no one can challenge the decision of the tribunal then only the cases against the waqf is more than 60K,then how and why it is said that one cannot challenge the decision of the waqf in any higher courts, please share your thoughts on this matter

This is a wrong amendment because waqf property is not public property it's a private property. For example - a person buys a property and gives waqf or donation . why the non muslim is participate the wakf board it's not the public property. and lastly this government intention is not right..
