    Mr. Peshkin seems to be saying the AB effect happens if the electrons are exposed to the field at any point in time 'before their travel' along the path to the detector. Questioners tell him a closed loop field will cause the same effect but he discounts that as not relevant (strange). It's like the potential is altered regardless of time...an interesting proposition indeed.

      Because the guy is arrogant & thinking he knows what he is talking about. Which is why the professor was able to shut him up because like the professor said, he calculated it, he wasn’t speculating like that last questionnaire was.
