Using words from 4 Psalms, interspersed with prayers:
Psalm 40 v 1 - 3 Thanksgiving for deliverance and prayers for help
Psalm 77 v 11 - 15 God's mighty deeds recalled
Psalm 61 v 1 - 4 Assurance of God's protection
Psalm 105 v 1 - 4 God's faithfulness
"Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.
Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His presence continually."
