2.42 luigi can't see him both due to a GREEN ghost being on a GREEN background. and because it is rumoured only dogs see ghost. humans can't whilst dogs can. hence why polterpup sees it.
3.12 yes in luigi mansion 3 a swarm of rats come out the toilet.
3.14 the rats attacked everyone but polterpup due to physical beings and objects phasing through ghost.
4.19 in luigi mansion 2, the dark moon is split up into several parts by King boo. which causes the ghost on a craze.
9.32 the ghost are also back to their passive self once the Moon is restored.
5.32 in the bogmire fight, not only does this lava land esc music play, but you also need to shoot his own clones at him to reveal his week point
7.55 for those curious the fragments hold power, which is why king boo is so powerful. by giving one to luig he is now just as powerful thus being able to beat king boo. this isn't an Easter egg just something I wanted to point out - ตลก

This is one of the brightest movies I ever seen in my ever I wish they make a movie of Luigi's Mansion I get it that they're making a super Mario movie but why Luigi's Mansion what up in the ending it says coming out with a spookers coming up the scary cats coming his hero Mario need to sit down and relax and a painting for someone reason now it says little brother time now the time save the Day well save his brother and Luigi's Mansion the movie I wish they actually put a movie of all the three games three of them
The section with luigi in the movie should have him travelling through a castle. They meet in the portal, but fail to reunite. Mario goes back to the mushroom kingdom, and luigi is thrown in luigis mansion. Where there he gets the pultergust. He fights some ghost and gets back in that flying portal thingy again. Only this time he has the pultergust and uses it to catch up to mario in the portal, and they are reunited
