He might not have the best explanation to this, but what he meant was that the bot can't be shared, meaning it is restricted to a single user or trading account. If you are a programmer, you know very well you can write a function inside an MQL4 or MQL5 file, that will be run inside the OnInit() function, restricting the bot to a specified trading account. Meaning, it cannot be runned in any other account unless it bears the same account ID.
