You can fish from low all the way up if you wish but I would agree with the time slot already explained from @michaelwallis-vh9se. The swells are crucial though, I have been there on tides much smaller that 11.4 and swells coming up and over. There is a video on my channel of this when swells were huge

I fish 4 hours before 3 hours down. I love 11.4 up mate you get all fish from small fish to big fish mate 👍
