The friend who's call Ronnie missed to later find out that he died, was actually his brother. The group of bikers in the video is the MC of Ronnie's dad. His dad is the biker next to Ronnie. I've heard they did this bike ride to honor Ronnie's brother.

It's all about his fight with addiction and the struggle his entire family has had with it. Chemical prisoner=under control of drugs. I agree the words are harder to catch in this one compared to the others so I recommend reading the lyrics.
The bald guy riding behind him in the beginning is his father and that's his biker group. This is also kind of memorial to his brother who died in a motorcycle accident. The lines, "I missed a phone call from a friend I knew the other day. It's strange, it changed my life forever. A couple days go by, I found out that he passed away. The right drug, wrong time, he'll be remembered." is about his brother.
The song, Brother, also has a line about how he missed that last phone call from him and he carries around the guilt from it.
This song is about his struggle with drugs and being a prisoner to drugs when you are a drug addict and the way it ruins families.
The video is about his family. The motorcycles are his dad and his motorcycle club. So, his real dad is in the video.
Ronnie's brother died in an accident and I think the ending with the cross is dedicated to his brother and everyone who has lost their lives because of drugs.
