I think im to worried to dance with a sword, I am quite clumsy and just imagine having to go into A&E ' Yes it was a sword, i was dancing with it' lol I will stick with blunt kitchen knifes
Nice work! Sabine can i ask you where you found your swords please? I bought one like yours years ago and now wish i had bought 2 so i could do double sword.
There are several dealers for this kind of sword. I got mine from Arms of Valor, but that was a long time ago when it was still called the Cas Iberia sword; I don't know if they still carry them. Now it's "Hanwei"who owns this design."Swords of Might" carries the Hanwei scimitar. A similar sword that is a little shorter and cheaper is the Balady Scimitar. "Kult of Athena" carries this sword. It has good balance too. Happy dancing!
VERY, VERY well done. There is a definite element of danger to the dance, which is how a sword dance should be. Bravo!
The music is "Pangaia" by Palyrria, from the CD "Methexy." Love it!
Yow! Beautiful, skillful, love it, love it, love it!
You are still the best I've ever seen when it comes to dancing with scimitars... you go Sabine! :)
Sehr schöne Bilder, die im Tanz mit dem Partner "Schwert" entstanden sind 👍❣️
Ich tanze selbst seit 1984 mit dem Schwert 🥰
very creative - one of the best sword dances I've seen!
Absolutely extraordinary - love the costume too!
