I like the Behmor, but I had finally narrowed my selection down to either the SR540 or the SR800 and their extension tube; but I'm suddenly reconsidering the Whirley Pop style roaster. Sweet Maria's has the stainless steel VKP version, so I'll probably buy that one. I love your idea of using the Nuwave convection stove so you can pick your temperature! I noticed in your old video from 4 years ago you were concerned that your roast didn't look even, but now it looks very even! Do you like the flavor from your Whirley Pop as much as the flavor from your Behmor?
