One of my mentors told me a similar thing to do and today I realised it was deeper. He asked me to recall my day every 51 minutes and do 5 PYQs every 2 hours. It boosted my performance way too much

I am going to try to do these 2 things 1) using a handgrip every 2 hours i will use a rubiks cube instead because i dont have a hand grip so solving a 3x3 rubics cube 3-4 times every 2 hors since the time i wake up at 6:50 a.m. that is 2) making 30 min to do lists in my head and cutting down on my target I will come to this video again on 28-4-21 again to report onto this THANK YOU

Sir actually I study a lot but due to negativity and lack of self confidence I didn't achieve deserved marks but now will try and let know my experience after 2 weeks
Sir is absolutely correct with the hand grip method, few days back I was facing the same issue, the moment i would sit for studying, all sort of nonsense would cloud my mind, then it got to the point where it started to physically hurt my brain whenever i saw books. I knew I had to do something as I was running out of time. I pondered over EVERY SINGLE details and aspects of my thoughts and found out that I had extremely low self esteem/confidence and it all stemmed FROM NOT FULFILLING THE PROMISES I made to myself. Last 5 years I had not even completed 50% of my to-do list (also the to-do list was extremely faulty and impractical). Just when I was thinking of what promises should I start with, Sir uploaded this wonderful trick. Thanks a lot Sir for everything

Accidentally From last two weeks I am doing the second exercise and it is very effective in boosting myself will power and increase efficiency .I had revised and practice more than 3000+ question in last two weeks with this method which i could not do in month earlier 😅😅
I have been doing the exact same thing, but the only difference is I do push ups after every hour instead of the hand grip. It actually works, atleast for me it works like a charm.

Day 1 was able to do this practice 3 x am hoping for betterment in the future will update every 3 -4 days
