Mr. Bernier.... Thank you. I want to co -sign with you.....One of these you tube guys put together a 24 minute highlight real of his passing.... Now I grew up in Detroit in the 80s I saw the legendary Isiah Thomas, my favorite was Magic, alsp include Larry WERE the greatest passers I had ever seen.... I had to say Were because after 5 minutes of watching Cousy.......I had to pause the video, because I had to admit to myself this I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS SEEING!!! COUSY WAS DOING PASSES I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND! ALL IN BLACK AND WHITE!!..... I went and got my friend who was a Isiah Thomas fanatic.....I had her watch about 5 minutes.....She said This., He is the greatest passer I have ever seen! Never underestimate old-school I share with others who are willing to understand.....Some of these gentleman are greater than we can imagine!
@@brandonmartin7713 Crazy eh. I can't believe how good he is at those no look passes. He'd be scary to play against in the modern era. I just watched the 1980 all star game I think, and he played in the legends game and eve at the age of like 60 he was dropping sweet dimes.
@@brandonmartin7713 It's a hard choice. I sort of don't like ranking guys because of lot of these players can beat one another on any given night. But I'd have to go with Magic and Oscar as one and two. Magic is pretty obvious but I chose Oscar because of all the first hand accounts from other legends saying he was the best.
Love what Tiny had to say at the end there. The two would end up both being HOFers, Celtics champions, and members of the 50th and 75th anniversary teams! Bob Cousy was the first superstar point guard. Younger NBA fans these days don’t appreciate his style and dominance because they look at him and assume that he only was good because the competition wasn’t. It doesn’t matter how good the other teams were, he played in and won several finals against other HOF teams. He defined what it was to be a point guard in the NBA, and that should never be forgotten. Thank you Mr. Bob Cousy!
S👀.....when you talk about GOAT.s and such....Its truly a never ending conversation! Cousy was #1 a NYC Pt guard! #2 I .d say he copied a lot from the Harlem Globetrotters... 3. He flourished under Red AUERBACH.s leadership!🗽🇺🇸🌉🏀🏆
I’m glad the NBA is giving shine to the historical figures of the game. JJ should show some love and respect.
The best passer I've ever seen. He's in my top 3 pg's of all time.

He is the first and original Point God before Pete Maravich, Magic Johnson, John Stockton, Isiah Thomas, and Jason Williams.
