If the assessee opt out default tax regime
* In any assessment year if there is a loss under the head of house property such loss will first set off against income from any other head to the extent of 2lakh during the same year..
If the assessee pay tax at concessional rate u/s 115bac
***The loss under the head house property would not allowable to be set off against income under any other head ...
