There’s nothing greater than seeing our favorite superhero’s costume translated from the comic book page to the big screen. There’s just such a joy seeing Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and all of the other Avengers brought to life while wearing colorful costumes to fight evildoers. And of course, most of us know what our heroes are capable of, but even the most eagle-eyed and attentive MCU watchers might not realize all of the hidden details in MCU costumes.
They could range anywhere from tactical, like almost anything with Stark-designed suits including his Mark L nanotech armor or Spider-man’s Iron Spider suit, to fun easter eggs like Rocket’s scarf in Avengers: Endgame or the hidden Wakandan text that’s embedded within Black Panther’s suit. There’s a lot of tiny tidbits like these throughout the MCU’s history that deserves more recognition.
The point is, there’s a ton of work that goes into making the Avengers’ superhero costumes and every little detail has been thought out and planned in a way you might not have realized before. Today’s video is all about highlighting the secret superhero costume easter eggs or surprise additions to some of your favorite heroes’ costumes and what exactly they mean. that last note about Visions cape doesn't make any sense because he showed his ability to fly when he was able to stop himself "in midair" after getting thrown across the room by Thor,an that was prior to him "floating" back over to them and then created his suit an cape

They’re reading too much into it. The Vision could always fly...comic or movie. In fact, before he was The Vision, his body’s design was based on the original Human Torch (originally thought to actually be the original Human Torch until John Byrne changed that) who could fly. These people always assume what they want and never really do their homework the way they should.

Captain America wore his old WW2 era suit for most of Winter Soldier which is NOT made of Kevlar as it wasn't invented yet. It was probably made of ballistic nylon which would protect him from knives but not bullets

Captain America’s suit was the suit he grabbed from the museum not his actual suit so it wasn’t made of Kevlar.

Kevlar is bullet resistant, and even while wearing Kevlar a bullet will still sting but it won’t injure.

In the Winter Soldier the uniform Captain America wore at the end when he was fighting Bucky was not bulletproof it was a replicant made for the museum

In Spider-Man homecoming it showed a home made version of the Spider-Man costume, which was a nice touch because think about it, if you were a crime fighting teenager that doesn’t have a license or a job and is still in high school then the most that you’ll probably have for your costume is a mask and a red hoodie.

Fifteen details I did notice...nobody has to get dressed anymore lol. They just poke their heads or flex and BAM! Nano clothes. Used to be cool to see Spidey dump his clothes and put his costume on while running towards trouble, kinda like when normal folks are late for work. Not anymore eh MCU. I'm shocked Stark hasn't started a clothing line with this...well Pepper now 😂

Vision can fly without the cape. When he bursts out of the cradle, and is thrown. He stops him self before going through a window and is levitating before he forms his cape.

Exactly, it's the suit Howard Stark made for him. I think it's resistant to weapons, but Kevlar hadn't been invented yet. You'd think they would have taken a second to look this shit up in the movies.

I agree that the newest iron man suit looks cool and whatnot but it's not very well made... Nano tech can not form fast enough if you get hit hard and it can be torn off like nothing by Thanos and it can't handle sharp objects like for example when Tony was stabbed by Thanos with his own dagger made from his own suit... now if it can't join back together on impact that is a major problem for Tony and knowing him as much as i did he probably knew it but couldn't get it done... or refused to... either way Tony messed up on Titan and that nearly killed him... so Endgame he still didn't fix the problem that the suit didn't take much damage before it broke... he knew that the suit wouldn't be able to handle the stones yet used them anyway. Plus Nano tech isn't infinite... On Titan he ran out of it as he fought Thanos one on one...
If you read all that you were either bored and had nothing better to do or... i can't think of any other reasons. Anywho this is a random comment of my opinion...

Okay, everyone has to get over Cap picking Sam over Bucky. I wish people would think about Caps and Bucky friendship. Cap believed that his friend was still good even after all the killing and mind control. This happened as Cap realized the S.H.E.I.L.D. was just as corrupt as Hydra. Then Cap went out of his way to save him when the worlds governments had "shoot on sight" orders for Bucky. Then Cap saves Bucky again and takes him to Wakanda so that he can be helped. Even when the attack on Wakanda was about to happen, Bucky knew he was going to have to fight, but you can tell by the look on his face, that he really did not want to.So why would Cap give him the shield and tell Bucky that now you have to be the new "Captain America"? It wouldn't fit with how Cap wanted Bucky to have a peaceful life after all those years of being used by Russia/Hydra as a weapon. "Here Bucky, take my shield. I'm going to go back in time and live a life with my true love. So you have to fight as Captain America in my place. I know you were used and mistreated for decades as a living weapon. And you did so not by choice, and had no control over your actions. And you have PTSD from all the killings you had to do. And I know I got you help, so know you can make your own decisions for your life for the first time since WW2. But you know, "AMERICA!"

Bucky didn’t become the new captain America because we never actually found out if wakanda was able to get rid of his spell that turns him into an assassin and without the shield he is already very difficult to beat so if Bucky also got captains shield he would be almost unstoppable also Bucky killed starks parents and is basically known to the avengers as an assassin so he’s too untrusted and dangerous to have the shield so cap gave the shield to falcon because he was the only one cap saw fit for the role as captain America
The reason why falcon becomes cap in the movies is because falcon becomes cap in the comics.
