The reason why this version of Re-Wounded is rough around the edges is because it's an edited version of the actual cancelled build.
although i can't link the original cancelled build, you can find the link to it on SirToastTheIII's community posts.
(SirToastTheIII was the main dev of Re-Wounded before it's cancellation.)

firstly beat 1 is off sync
secondly effect 2 3 5 and voices 1 and 3 all of different sounds from the original
third mostly all of the ordering is wrong, Kurt is Voice 5 and the Voice 5 in this one was Melody 4. Melody was Melody 3 but for some reason they switched it here.
Also this version is missing the secret characters

For those who dont know the creepy jinggle jinggle in the backround is Indonesia's old EAS alarm sound i founded that
From what I gathered, it actually isn't, it is an audio jingle from an old Georgian TV logo from the 1950s to 1991.
The person that put up the fictional EAS alarm scenario even links the original audio that I mentioned in the pinned comment.
