Great brake advice! I'm way overdue on my 03 Marauder. It was my daily driver up until my grandpa shipped me down his 07 Grand Marquis in Aug 2021 (NY to FL. He voluntarily gave up driving. Previously shared in another vid comment). I think it's been over 10 years for sure since the Marauder last had a brake job. The 07 GM got new brakes before shipping. Big difference in pedal. To the floor on the Marauder, instant stop on the GM. My grandpa told the guy "this is going to my number 1 grandson, it needs to be safe." Now my Marauder just sits in the driveway. Hopefully getting back to maintenance soon. Luckily I got a job at one of the major auto parts chains back in Feb this year. I have access to a brake lathe along with good discount. I wish I could hook you up with all my perks and shake your hand for the wonderful entertainment. In the meantime I'll keep watchin'! (and hopefully get caught up on my bills so I can donate to you)

Thanks for watching!! There’s definitely something lacking in the Marauders brakes when compared to the newer panthers. I think the Lincoln will even eventually get some upgrades to improve the pedal feel. Glad you’re enjoying your grandpa’s car and our channel!!

I just became a big fan of your channel. Great advice on the brakes as far as putting semi metallic pads on. I have an 03 I inherited from my father who was the original owner. I also have a co-worker with an Eaton supercharger on his I will pass the info on to him and highly suggest he subscribe to your channel.

I see airbags instead of springs for the rear. I never knew that the p71 have springs any difference performance wise or pretty much the same? Thumbs up on this.

From my understanding the springs do handle slightly better but the bags keep a softer ride and allow for rear suspension droop when there is luggage in the trunk. Thanks for watching!!

I'm surprised with the other suspension upgrades they didn't go ahead and put drilled and slotted rotors on.

Thank you for another great detail video. I understand that supercharger is aftermarket? Do you think it makes a big difference in performance?

It’s partially OEM and partly aftermarket. The supercharger adds about 100-110 additional rear wheel horsepower over stock. It really changes these cars into monsters
