Guinevere is loving the mashed potatoes and she's gradually eating some of the mince too. I'm from Scotland and have noticed in the past that babies quite often don't like the texture of mince. The girls are so so cute and developing all the time. Their little voices and chat are so endearing. Love watching these clips.
Mince and Tatties is not so popular with the youth of Scotland today. Think they'd rather have pizza! I still like it but kale is a no, no. Cabbage is good though. Mince usually has onions and carrots cooked in the minced beef. Also, for a change maje them into a Cottage Pie with grated cheddar cheese melted on top..😊
That exactly how I made the mince, carrots and onions in the minced beef😊 I ate it and thought it was great! They have had cottage pie and they really liked it. I grew up calling it shepherds pie and found out after the video that what they actually had was cottage pie not shepherds pie. I didn't realize shepherds pie was with lamb😊💖💖

My Mum is German so we ate a variety of foods in Scotland growing up. When our Oma and Opa visited it was all Deutsch for weeks. Abendessen all the cold meats and fish on rye bread. As a Scot that’s my favourite and I do my mince the same way. We sometimes have cabbage, mashed swede or green beans etc. if you have more gravy with the mince it’s lovely over the potatoes. Guinevere loved her tattles😂. You have two lovely girls all due to you.

The girls understand everything you say. When you say they will not like something, they probably will not even try. They are so smart, they pick up on everything you say. Amazing how many foods they like. They can get runny noses from teething too.
I guess they have running noses due to their teeth problems. Try this remedy: peel a fresh carrot, sliced it. Put the slices in a jar and pour over it two fullspoons of honey. Close the jar and leave it like this all night long. Next morning before breakfast give them two spoonfull of the juice. Just the juice, not the carrots. Make it fresh every day. This cleans with no antiobiotics clean their drools (?): This. is also good for grown ups. I used to make it for my son when he was a baby and I still make it for the whole family.

My family and I lived in Dunoon, Scotland for a couple of years, for my husband’s job. WONDERFUL people, place and life. My first trip to the green grocer taught me to pronounce potatoes as “tattles”, but it’s pronounced TA EEZ. Don’t pronounce the second “t”. The girls are so fun.✨✨

I think both girls made continuing efforts to eat the mince. At first Anastasia didn’t seem interested but eventually, she began eating it. Guinevere got into the potatoes right away but slowly tried the mince with it. I think your videos are very enlightening about how to introduce new foods to babies. Take care.

In just the short amount of time, maybe a month, I can see a difference in these girls growth and development. It’s amazing how quickly they are growing. They sure do want to talk! Pretty little voices.
Im still battling what feels like a sinus infection and watery eyes. I think the pollen has been very bad this year, longer than normal here in NC. I wonder if the runny nose would have anything to do with teething. I grind my teeth very bad, for years now, and I think that’s part of my sinus type stuff. Meaning, teeth stuff can have an effect.
They are growing so very fast! And yes the pollen is just awful here too... at the end they were pointing to the cheerios🤦🏻♀️ Daddy wasn't home, they just saw the cheerio box and decided that's what they wanted😆💖💖
Hear ya about the allergies. I have some, and my kitty used to go outside and when he came in and I smooshed him, the pollen on his fur would make me sneeze a lot.
It is definitely allergy season here in New York state and a few of my friends have said their young grand children are having a bad time with runny noses and watery eyes all due to allergies. At least the twins are enjoying the mashed potatoes....especially Guinevere! Too cute!

I like how Anastasia stand very quiet and looks carefully at everything on the plate from one side to other and touch to feel the texture. Very concentrated 😊❣to understand what is it. It's important to her how the food looks on the plate. Like in restaurant. Anastasia want pieces of meat or maybe as meatballs , not mashed 😁 In min 2:51-4 she explain you everything. The other day when you posted this, I thought it said "mice and tatties." I thought, "What!!" Cracked me up when I looked at it again and saw you really wouldn't feed them mice!
I swear at approximately the 3 min mark that Anastasia said a complete sentence even if it was garbled. I mean she had a look on her face and a tone or inflection. They are growing so fast. Even though very tiring, this age till kindergarten were my fav ages with mine because it's the first time of everything for them.
I am loving watching them grow and experience all their firsts! And Anastasia has said so many "complete" sentences in her babble! She is getting so close to really speaking!💖💖

In just the short amount of time, maybe a month, I can see a difference in these girls growth and development. It’s amazing how quickly they are growing. They sure do want to talk! Pretty little voices.
Im still battling what feels like a sinus infection and watery eyes. I think the pollen has been very bad this year, longer than normal here in NC.
I wonder if the runny nose would have anything to do with teething.
I grind my teeth very bad, for years now, and I think that’s part of my sinus type stuff. Meaning, teeth stuff can have an effect.
What were they wanting at the end? Im guessing daddy came in or something got their attention. They are so cute!
They are growing so very fast! And yes the pollen is just awful here too... at the end they were pointing to the cheerios🤦🏻♀️ Daddy wasn't home, they just saw the cheerio box and decided that's what they wanted😆💖💖

Hear ya about the allergies. I have some, and my kitty used to go outside and when he came in and I smooshed him, the pollen on his fur would make me sneeze a lot.

It is definitely allergy season here in New York state and a few of my friends have said their young grand children are having a bad time with runny noses and watery eyes all due to allergies. At least the twins are enjoying the mashed potatoes....especially Guinevere! Too cute!

I swear at approximately the 3 min mark that Anastasia said a complete sentence even if it was garbled. I mean she had a look on her face and a tone or inflection. They are growing so fast. Even though very tiring, this age till kindergarten were my fav ages with mine because it's the first time of everything for them.
I am loving watching them grow and experience all their firsts! And Anastasia has said so many "complete" sentences in her babble! She is getting so close to really speaking!💖💖
