Join us this week as we put our new diff to the test finding free wild camps in the Margaret River Region, which is notoriously hard to do! We relax into the wonders of beach life, exploring some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia. We are spoilt with perfect white sand and some of the clearest water we have ever seen. Our minds are blown when we spot one of the most incredible sites we have ever seen, and manage to get it on camera! We also sample the delights of the region getting stuck into the delicious food and beverages this region is famous for, meanwhile, Jon develops an unusual fascination!

Just trawling through your vids. Im from that area and alot of the councils down that way have been trying to ban free camping. Which is why you wouldnt have seen many camps on WIkicamps.

Such a shame, councils like Bunbury have taken a really admirable approach, setting clear boundaries for what is and isn’t allowed and designating specific areas. We still managed ok 😃

unfortunately not mark, it’s just rear wheel drive but we put a truetrac lsd diff in the rear so at least we can do a little bit of off-roading

We had no trouble flying the drone there, the Aussies are pretty chill about most things.
