I don't ever consider him as a top emcee or even lyricist because his style isn't one I'm real in love with (born and raised in Los Angeles grew up on gangster rap and his style is really traditional hip hop as you would hear from the East Coast), but his skill is competitive with the top lyricists in the underground scene and this verse was fucking FIRE! He's kind of a wallflower so I guess it's easy to overlook his beast flow. I'm so impressed with how consistent and accurately he maintains his style and I'll be paying more attention when I listen to Swollen Members.
