1.5KW and by modules. Easier to repair and less cost for an amp of the same power. Example, LDMOS, still powerful and a cost effective solution too. Great protection circuitry.

Yeah I just purchased the 1kw 4 FET Amp kit - its extremely well-designed. I love mine.. good luck good DX - were you working AM or SSB your audio is sounding so clear.
I think I was the first customer for the 1kW amp kit. Driving it with Anan 7000mk II and IC-7300. Surprised Onder has sales into the states what with the cost of freight these days. I really took advantage of the free shipping from Mouser for the heavy casework and heatsink. I think they might have run at a loss on that transaction :) BTW The display will run quite happily on an extension cable if you want to free up some desk space. That's how mine is set up.

Hi Mike, Dipole center is 150 feet from shack and only 35 feet high. I had lots of RFI till installed a common mode choke on output of amp !
Mine should be on the making soon. Ordered last week, fully assembled.
