Nitra, I am so sorry about Piglet. He was so sweet pup. Poor baby probably hid no idea what was happening. I am glad he was able to see you guys before he left here. A ring doorbell for your back area will tell you what’s going on in your yard. We have one and it is so helpful to see the stray raccoons , cats and squirrels that come by.
I have nothing but disdain for the people that let those dogs loose. You did nothing wrong. Your baby was on your own property and you had every right to be secure in that. RIP to Piglett.
3 minutes in and I am bawling my eyes out!!! As a dog mom, this hurts my heart to the CORE! Some people don’t understand how much your animals become a true part of your family. As your honorary soul sista (and bestie in my head), my thoughts and prayers are with you all ❤️ #RIPPiglet
Agreed. As I type this my dog is sitting at my feet and is pretty much always with me and I don't like thinking about the day I look down and he's not there.
I’m so sorry this happened to Piglet and your family 😢. It’s so heartbreaking. I wonder if those dogs were actually coyotes, they look a lot like dogs and don’t usually attack larger dogs but will attack smaller dogs.

@@HouseofCramel Our security camera caught all of it and it was definitely dogs but I have been recently been hearing a lot about coyotes attacking dogs too. 😥

A dog isn’t a dog it’s a family member and to have died so tragically that hurts 10 times more. I can’t even think about the pain he was in so sad. I’m so sorry for you loss! Never apologize for showing emotion it’s apart of us ❤ & family is everything. This really broke me down listening to this story 😢.
Seeing our babies pass naturally and peacefully is hard enough as it is❤️🩹 Seeing piglet go in such a tough and painful way was definitely traumatic. And I don’t think it’s dramatic at all. These are our babies ❤ especially having such a small dog they are so much more fragile 🥺 he is resting peacefully now and you gave him a great loving luxurious life. So sorry for your loss ❤️🩹
We would not leave our babies outside alone unsupervised.

I was thinking Piglet had died of old age…I’m so, so sorry. I was traumatized when my dog passed away from a sudden illness so I can’t even begin to imagine the emotions and trauma from such an unexpected & violent act. Again, condolences to you and your family 😢
Omg me too first thgt was old age bc I know they have had him a long time but to hear this is so awful and traumatizing😢
I also had thought that he had passed away from old age!! I knew they had him for awhile now and I can’t believe that’s how his life ended! That’s awful! Our Bug the Pug is pushing 13 years old and I dread the day we loose him. Condolences ❤
Oh Nitraa, I’m so sorry about Piglet. My heart is so broken for you. I’m literally over here in tears. Piglet was your firstborn baby and to lose your child so unexpectedly and so tragically is devastating and traumatic. I wish I had something other than words to give you right now but I truly hope you’re comforted in knowing there’s no pain or sorrow in the arms of our loving God. Hearing that Piglet felt such relief when he saw you means that he knew in that moment that everything would be okay. Only a mother can provide that peace of mind and you gave that to him in his final moments. Piglet knew he wouldn’t die alone and in fear but he waited and held on because he KNEW he was so loved.
Rest well sweet Piglet; You were a good boy 🌈🙏🏽

Omg Nitraa 🥺 when you started getting into details I immediately broke down . We all love piglet and something similar happened to my grandma dog , she let him out to use it and a stray came from outta no where , luckily my sister and I noticed him when he was walking up , the stray attacked my grandma dog but we manage to get him off and scare him away.

I am so sorry about Piglet! I live in a rural area with no nearby neighbors too, so I completely understand letting your dog out that way. It was just an unfortunate accident and the fault lies with those stray dogs only.
So sorry for your loss! I let my dog out in MY yard to do his business and I can’t imagine going through anything like this!! Very traumatic! I had to put my 15 year old pug down last year and it was the hardest thing to do! I cried like a baby for 2 weeks and called out of work for a couple of days! I never imagined being in the emotional state I was in over my pooch! I miss her everyday! You held strong telling this experience! Many blessings to you and the family! RIP Piglet🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Nitra… I’m so sorry. I truly understand and it hurts like losing anyone/thing you love. My fur baby got out of our back yard through a small opening we never thought she would even fit through. She got hit by a car… My heart has never healed and I refuse to get another dog bc of it… 💔 #RestInPeacePiglet
Broke my heart hearing the story about Piglet. It sounds like that could of been coyotes. They look very similar to dogs and are often together. Especially in the open area that you have.

Grieving your pet is nothing to be ashamed of because they are part of your family as well. My daughter has two babies and I love them just as I love my granddaughters.

Whew the Piglet story took me out!!! I lost my sweet Nike a couple months ago and seeing the dogs suffer is so sad!! I never thought I’d be so emotional too but for us 13 years was a long time so it’s so normal.
Awe I’m so sad that’s so heartbreaking dogs can be the absolute most gentle, caring and loyal things on this planet and that just breaks my heart to hear that he was taken from you that way. Dogs are like family and he was such a sweetie. So sorry your family had to go through this.

anitra!!!! this very same thing happened to my grandmas 14 yr old dog in rural west al!!! about 3yrs ago three random dogs had dang near bit her neck off and angel just walked back in like her neck wasn’t gashed open. they took her to the vet, they peformed $500 surgery even tho my gparents told them she didn’t take anesthia well. promised they could fix her and not put her down just for them to take her back home she was so weak and passed away within minutes of being home. like you said, i know she was old but i hate she had to go out suffering and being attacked in pain. RIP PIGLET!!!!

So very sorry for the passing of your dog. My family lost our cat just a few weeks ago. She slept on me the entire night and my husband let her out that morning when he went to work. Later that morning my oldest son saw a buzzard up close to the window of our house and thought that was strange so he got up to see what was going on and saw our cat just laying there dead with a little blood coming out of her mouth and nose. We have no idea what happened. So I deeply feel for you. By the way, I just found your channel yesterday and I am very impressed! It was a breath of fresh air to click on this video and see you talking about your faith in God. Love all of your videos so far. I think I might just have a new favorite channel! ❤

Oh Nitra , I am so sorry about the loss of Piglet. I lost my one and only rat terrier that way in my own yard attacked by a dog too. My dog died too. I won't get another one ever again.
