Nitsue was "possesed" by Hiire and he was trying to separate them so he could kill them, he killed Haruki and Morev, Hiikoe saw and fled, Nitsue/Hiire ran after him and now we are at the house. If you pay attention to shadows and backgrounds you can tell when he is "possessed" 1:01
