There are many reasons that the foreign workers either do not want to come to Germany or do not want to stay here longer. 1) You can not bring your parents. 2) Almost impossible to find a specialist doctor when you need it with govt. health insurance. 3) The livable and normal apartments are very expensive and difficult to get. 4) Even if you speak and understand the standard German, people would not give up their local dialect, when talking to you. And, you are supposed to understand that too. This country used to have innovation, now it is running only by selling its old brand value. Most of the big German brands are just the sales companies, they buy from other small companies in the EU and sell them at higher price with their own brand name.
they invite people to spend money without giving opportunity to earn - you come to zero after hard work by paying for the apartment and taxes ( including such stupid taxes for radio and tv you are not using there and etc)

I meet only 2 of the 4 criteria, but they told me that I got more than 6 points and that's all I need to be eligible. To work as a teacher in Germany you need C2 German. Normally German teachers need to be qualified to teach 2 subjects. Due the shortage of teaches, some states will hire foreign teachers who are only qualified to teach 1 subject, but it'll be at a lower pay grade. Unless you have substantial savings to fund your move, I would recommend learning B1/B2 German before moving.

Yes as soon as they announce its term to apply you can use the card. At the moment you have to keep looking for a job using the job seekers visa. You have 6 months
As per the latest update, we can bring, but only new blue card holders from March 2024. Not an existing one. And we have to pay social contributions including health insurance out of our own pocket which will be in thousands per month. Also once you get PR/citizenship, it's not mentioned whether they can stay here or not.
