Fantastic video, Trinny. I’ve learned so much! Can you please do a vintage shop tour of London?
Johns Outfit!!! So fab!! 😃🤟🏼
Thanks for supporting the preloved concept!
Love this video. Interesting to see the NY vintage shops and the explanation of the designer bags. More vintage and second hand shopping in London would be great
I've been thrifting for years, and I've never thought to put my wool pieces in the freezer to avoid moths. Thank you for the amazing tip!
Microwave is easier/ faster.
You're just so fabulous, Trinny! The knowledge about fashion brands and designers of particular houses etc. You give every other fashion vlogger run for their money, easily. Increadible!
So fab watching you shop/talk vintage; & as an outerwear designer, love that sleeveless trench/waistcoat you're wearing!💖
Me too. I love the pleats in the back of the sleeveless trench
Trinny! Your knowledge about all the brands, designers and their history is so vast. I learned so much from this video! 😍😍😍
Love the Tiffany’s bracelets 😍
This "preloved" bags store is amazing! I could'nt imagine that "just like that" one could get a Birkin or Kelly!
You will pay much more than a new one but you don’t have to do the Hermes journey many bags at Real Real are priced higher than new
I loved this but all I could think about was the amazing pinstripe pleated Gillette you’re wearing! GORGEOUS!
😂 got the diane keaton reference 😂...feeling annie hall ❤❤
Really interesting video.. I love Trinny’s silver bag, and was fascinated by the huge ring on her finger, then realised it was one of her makeup pots!
Thoroughly enjoyed this NY vintage crawl. Massive range of goodies but you have to be in the mood for painstaking sifting. LOVED yr outfit, the gilet w sunray pleating at the back is gorgeous and swings beautifully as you walk. Hope u left that teal furry number in the shop.
Such a great tutorial into bags and bags history. We need more!
I'm with you Trinny on no logo bags. Fortunately there are a lot of artisinal leather workers here and in Europe who are more than happy to make something unique for a price that reflects quality rather than a huge advertising budget.
Thank you for showing us these wonderful shops. I’ll definitely be visiting a few on my next trip to NY. 🥂🗽
Your comments on the handbags was very interesting. I learned a lot.
You are such a positive inspiration!❤❤❤❤
The variety of textures in the kislux pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.
Trinny, i am totally obsessed with this turquoise fur coat! Why -oh- why did'nt you buy it?!
You have great knowledge Trinny.Much Appreciated.❤
Lol to the American accent sneaking in 😊
I picked up on that as well lol
Thought I was imagining it but it’s definitely there lol 😂
It was awful. Please stop 😭 Great video other wise
Yknow, i actually think its her Norfolk accent creeping in,
I love the dress in the first store.
That sleeveless coat that you are wearing is amazing
I’m glad that you did the secondhand shops in New York City in the village and Soho. And I’m glad the way you explained buying an expensive bag. It Marks point that you are at in your life. Just like buying a new car house etc. You said it right. Vintage shopping in London is amazing, have you thought about doing a video about that? Maybe you already have and I haven’t seen it.
You’re a Master, Trinny!
Thanks Trinny. You are a great shoper!
Makeup looks amazing Trinny!
I wish you could do this kind of videos in all European capitals!
kislux I love you so much and watching your videos makes my day brighter
Re- dye your black cotton clothes, and for a deep navy use Navy Blue dye PLUS black. RIT dye works for me.🙌😊P.S. I use a long cycle in my washing machine.
That...was an amazing video! Love the vintage shop lists and shopping in store! ❤🎉❤
Thanks for taking us along. 🇺🇸 lovely 😍 trip
HEY kislux I have been watching you for years and im so proud of where you have made it! I love you so much! Also thanks for making my day
What ever happened to local Salvation Army where the poor shopped and were embarrased if a nieghbor noticed but the eyes met and not a word mentioned we were all in the same boat. I purchased beautiful suits coats blouses ect over the years. My favorite was a full length kashmere wool and silk lined it was customized it fit me perfectly .I kept it for 15 yrs and gave it away to this day I think someone is wearing it and feeling fabulous. The cost was 50 dollars today that coat in a second hand shop would go for at least 500 obviously not for the poor. So much has been taken from the average person. I live in Bklyn my entire life most of which is being destroyrd eliminating our history by the greedy Im suprised they haven't taken the Bklyn Bridge. Just pompous people.
Go to the church sales on the upper east side.
Can you please mention at least one.? Thanks
Please do a history of fashion series!! This was so so interesting.
HEY kislux !! I have been watching you for years and im so proud of where you have made it! I love you so much! Also thanks for making my day
your fashion knowledge is remarkable.
Love shopping with Trinny.❤
I LOVE thrifting videos. Thank you!
I love how Trinny is dressed! ❤️
Fantastic video, felt like "I" was on a shopping trip. I could listen to Trinny talk all day. The correctly pronounced designer names are like music to my ears. 😘
Tinny probably knows them personally ❤
That Preloved luxury handbag store was AMAZING!!!!❤ Still totally unaffordable for the 99% but so pretty 😍
Thank you Trinny to share amazing information and beautiful clothes
I must say you do have good eye for fashion very inspirational 💃🏻🌹👏
enjoyed this experience with you very much
2nd Street is my favorite. I will seek them out in any city I happen to be in if one is there. But yes, you have to have lots of time!
My first time here.,,.this gal is so informed……efficient…..great insight…..love her….
She's very famous here in UK ❤
Loved this video. Personally, a favorite field trip you have taken us on. :)
Especially loved the purse shop and you are right, everyone has "their thing". I used to enjoy finding preloved purses but right now I am having fun shopping a UK brand Sarah Haran. Suits my lifestyle perfectly and I love the brand ethos. Genuinely sustainable, quality leathers, versatile, woman owned small business.. on and on.. I love that brand. So many amazing brands / small businesses in the UK right now.
I loved , loved this video. Could you go to a couple more while you are in NY. The explanations were Fab. Thanks ❤
Your vintage video makes me want to visit New York vintage, thank you.
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
This was super inspirational!
a very inspirational woman well done Trinny!! sounds natural with it all
I love this and will check these out the next time I’m in NYC. The sad thing is that there is rarely anything that fits a curvy girl. I’d love to see you do a video on what works for us fluffy girls.
I have one kislux bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...
This was wonderful. Thank you for the education. I always wanted to thrift shop but never knew where to go. Now I do! Love it! ❤
OMG that was FUN!
25 years ago I purchased the most gorgeous Hugo Boss lambskin pants at Tokyo7. Tags till on. A perfect fit with a back zipper and no pockets. Gor-geous!
xx have fun!
NY is the best place to buy vintage because NY women have the best stuff and the smallest closets!
My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.
Trinny, native NYer here. You must cross the river to Williamsburg and Greenpoint. By far some of the best vintage shopping in rhe city. Amacord, Stella Dallas Living, Chickee's, Thrift Lab, Seven Wonders Collection... There are SO many here, all in walking distance! The list goes on and on. Besos from Brooklyn❤
Hi! I'm going to visit my sister in Brklyn next wk. So happy to see some recommendations for thrifting in her area! Do you have anymore recommendations and what would you say are the cheaper stores to shop at? TIA 🥰
Hi Tia! One of my favorite spots that has a good selection and good prices is Monk Vintage on N9th between Bedford and Lorimer. It's downstairs so make sure you don't miss it! Around the corner in the same building, but up a level, is Buffalo Exchange. There's also a spot on N7th called Crossroads. Hope this helps. Enjoy your time with your sister! Good luck hunting for vintage!
Absolutely love this video! I have learned so much regarding vintage and the bags. Love your channel.
Love you! Thanks for this education
Such cool stores! Stylish ring! I loved the black jacket tuxedo🎉
Wow, i've never had any interest in fashion plus I have adhd. But for some reason i manage to watch your videos from start to finish fully focused. You have a great way of delivering information x
Hahahaha Diane Keaton! Love her
Thank you, I never knew all treasures can be find in New York city.
Stella Dallas in Williamsburg is huge and some good things (the “living” store next door too) and L-Train vintage further along
Loved this! Thank you Trinny!
I'm enjoying your show !! It's Amazing 👏 😍
I hate labels too so purchased a black YSL bag with a black logo. It's a bit more discrete. Appreciate the education here, Trinny. Love these videos where you teach us about labels!
The black jacket is fabulous! Just found you, you’re fab and highly knowledgeable. New subscriber. 😘
So informative love it
I could watch this for hours 😎
Please more of these longer vids
I like your coat and silver bag😊
Wow, l learnt so much about handbags, in such a short session, thanks Trinny, l found it so interesting.
I felt this wonderful feeling in my mind, body and soul when she said “I prefer kislux
Absolute bliss-loved every single moment. Could have watched all day! Thanks, Trinny x
Loved this video
kislux versace bag is so cute
Thanks Trinny, that was incredible, maybe a similar video around London too would be nice?
Love New York!
Fab, adored this video
That was fun!
I love you so much! I recently just found your kislux and i’m in love!! Your videos are so fun and you energy is just MWAH! keep living your life
Thank you for showing all these Christmas Tree bags. I am cured from not having designer bag. To me bag needs to be simple rectangular preferably without any details shown apart form good quality leather.
Oh, Tiffany bracelet 👌🌟
Come to Tokyo! There are so many 2nd Street stores and hundreds of other secondhand shops and antique markets!
That was amazing to come along with you 🤗
Trinny I like your silver bag 👍
Teal is one of my favorite colors
Hey Trinny. Have you done pre loved in Japan? I'm wondering which would be better from choice to price. Great vlog as per usual.
great great video, congratulations Trinny❤
As always I love your style and amazing advice. Can you walk us through your workout routine and how you get those arms? Thanks Trinny!!
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
So interesting & love hearing your thoughts & ideas going r shopping vintage. Putting these stores on my NYC list. Hoping you’ll also do the UES thrift stores you mentioned right at the end.
Love your baggy rolled up jeans and monster boots! You remind me of me, although I love black🇨🇦❤️🇬🇧
Sometime I would love you to go more into the subject of leather as you mentioned it twice here, and it's not something that I know much about.
Thanks for the fun Trinny. Vintage shopping is great.
Tanner Leatherstein on youtube is a leather expert. He takes apart designer leather bags to inspect their quality. The cost of material and labour can sometimes be 10% of the retail price. It shows you are paying for designer names and overheads rather than quality. It is very interesting.
@@avlsoc thank you. I'll check it out.
I would love to see you thrifting vintage in Japan. ❤your style and channel.
That was fun to watch ❤
