I’m 11 and I had 2 mental breakdowns so it’s 100% normal.
i rewatch this video every time i'm feeling down, having a mini identity crisis and just don't know how to deal with stuff. this video just brings me so much comfort. it makes me feel understood and not as lonely with my problems and thoughts. thank u erika for being so real with us and sharing some challenging moments because it helps more than you might think. hope you're in a better place rn

I absolutely love that she's so real. I also loved how she said all feelings are valid and that she's doesn't feel like her problems are big in the grand scheme of things bc I feel very similar to her right now. I'm supposed to be on winter break, enjoying all this free time, but ever since freshman year started, I've been waiting to go on break bc im so freaking stressed about my finals, and now all I can think about is my next semester. But seeing her be semi productive while not feeling her greatest is honestly such good motivation for me. Thx for sharing Erika ❤

I can definitely relate to getting stressed and then getting mad about it and all the things piling up :) thank you for showing us the vulnerable parts of your life and being real with us :) it helps me realise I’m not the only one who feels like this at times

I'm a Junior in Highschool also and one of my worst breakdowns was when I was a freshman and it was winter break. I would constantly cry and cry and have these episodes. To the point I had to be taken to the ER. I'm much better now but and that was when I started watching your videos, they made me so much better and I would always become happier

This video came just at the right time. So many bad things have happened in the last year or so and I’m just completely burnt out. And I still manage to push aside my feelings because of learned from others that they are not valid and nobody cares. Im taking a small break right now and this video helped me feel a bit better.
