I don’t think so, Pusha T wrote that track, I Never heard a Budden track attacking Drake. He may have taken shots at him off the booth, but I don’t recall any diss tracks from him targeting Drake.
Essentially, Pusha T MORALISED Drake in and off the booth, which was VIRTUALLY UNHEARD OF in rap at the time and it turned out to be effective. This may have inspired Kendrick.
