Do PWM controllers have voltage stabilizers ? Because mppt provide 14.5v when batteries are discharged, which can damage bulbs and fans over time. Someboeiple use resitors with each lihht to avoid damage but that reduces output .
Resistors are always used in series with dc bulbs
Pwm has internal settings for battery max and min voltages
