Remember when Naruto would sit alone on the swing and everyone called him a monster? To hear everyone calling him lord seventh and expressing their concern is so gratifying.

We never saw it as it happened but there's a scene after naruto taking down pain and returning to the village that shows that the village basically slowly warmed up to him. It wasn't a dramatic increase in trust as soon as he saved the village as we think. It's not like he went from 0 to 100 in a day. They've slowly been accepting him as the series went on.

@@PrincessTwilightdash Nope, that was kept a secret in order to protect Naruto from Minato's enemies, in fact the fact that Naruto was the host for Kurama was also supposed to be a secret but someone (I'm pretty sure someone said it was danzo, wouldn't be surprised as he wanted to use Naruto and Kurama as living weapons) leaked it secretly to some people and then it spread. In fact Naruto lived a pretty calm life for the first few years of his life from what I heard until the fact that he had Kurama inside of him became known to the adults of the village and then the hating towards him began.

@@PrincessTwilightdash If you mean through his childhood then yes at least most of that time he tried to get naruto to use his power so the seal keeping him in would weaken enough for him to break free, take over naruto's body and resumes his life as a living natural disaster, destroying anything in his path.
The more tails naruto got in his tailed beast state when he got surrounded by Kurama's chakra in the beginning showed that the seal was getting weaker and weaker, until the point when he got the fourth tail and turned in to mini version of Kurama, and the more tails he got the more like him he became, like with eight he practically was a furless Kurama.
Naruto has come a long way since the days when he was the weakest kid in the class
To think Naruto went from being hated by the village to this...people begging and pleading for his safety

The thing which makes this scene even better, is that all Boruto has seen of his father so far is the tired administrator that doesn't even have the power to be at his daughter's birthday, this is the first time Boruto really sees the true Naruto, the first time he understands why everyone reveres him as a hero and the moment he understands what it means to be Hokage.

I saw this scene and thought. Hiashi would do the same. Die for the village if the village needed him to. And it’s at this time the new generation learns what it means to be a Leaf Shinobi.
The people in the village, all those years ago who shunned him, hated him for what he was. Now those same people are begging him to get to safety, worried and scared for him.
And that makes this so much more meaningful to sit through.

It's just as much as boruto's fault for not being around Naruto as it is naruto's for always being at work. Naruto doesn't even know how to deal with him because Boruto bitch every chance he gets. People love to pin the responsibility all on Naruto like he's the main problem here, acting like Boruto doesn't have a mother. Nigga has a mother, father, Sasuke and hella friends. Sarada's in a worse position than him since Sasuke ain't ever even in the village, yet she charishes any time she could spend with her dad. She doesn't waste those moments trying to annoy him.
Reminds me of Goku and Cell. Both of them had the power to defeat their enemy but were put in a situation where they had to sacrifice themselves, both for the sake of others and for their son. And they both did it with a smile. Damn heroes.
5 years later this can still make me tear up! The villagers expressing their concern for Naruto is what really makes this scene hit home.
Hinata's dad staring at the ball of energy while Naruto the kid that wasn't good enough in his eyes growing up that later became his son in-law / 7th hokage gladly giving his life for his people. Priceless moment. Perfect moment.

its the fact that his kid is a selfish brat demanding the most of naruto, and finally he sees how far and how much his dad would risk just to keep everyone from ever getting hurt. He's the best person to everyone while never asking for anything, and it hits hard when you see the most powerful person around being the most kind and giving, and still have someone so close to him look down on him. Naruto deserves better.

This scene is so underrated. For me it's one of the greatest scenes in anime history. Of course, it doesn't hit the same if you don't watch those "fillers" at the beginning to get a grasp of the relationship between Naruto and Boruto.

That moment when naruto just looks at boruto and smiles is just so amazing.
This was the moment Boruto finally got a good glimpse of who his dad was. Naruto has never been particularly great at explaining things, best way he communicates is by doing/showing. And that's what changed Boruto from this moment on.
Someone who gets it
It's funny how a priori this scene is relatively simple: a character with god-like powers uses them to do an impressive feat and protect his people. But this scene hits so much harder than that because we've seen this boy go start as an ostracized good-for-nothing, we saw him struggle again and again incredibly hard to become stronger, to strengten his resolve, all because he believed one day he would have this level of power. It makes it so much more emotional to see where he is now.

0:39 at first I didn't get why they made a beast bomb, since nothing else happens after it's created, but then I remembered the fight vs Orochimaru when they made one and ate it, it made him too heavy to move and fight back. Essentially, Kurama ate it to make them too heavy to be pushed back by the one being thrown at them.
A very subtle, but genius move if you really think about it.

This scene was so sad, because in the whole anime we saw a tired and sad naruto in a way, like he wasnt the same as before. But here we saw the real Naruto, always smiling and willing to protect what he loves, and the fsct that the village that once rejected him now asks him to stop because he has done so much is what makes this scene the best in all of boruto. Even though boruto anime will never live up to naruto anime this was beautiful

Man, I'm not really watching Boruto right now, but I can't help crying watching this.
We see Boruto remember his "Dad's chakra", realizing how Naruto protected and cared for him and Himawari as a father. But we, seeing Naruto's growth, see more than that. We see the the depth and reason why he would so willingly absorb and personally contain an attack he could easily obliterate. And us looking at him with/through Boruto, and the onlookers, also reminded us just how far Naruto has come and matured. The music just complements the scene well.

If she didn't doing anything, at least Naruto could have possibly been rescued, but because of her the Kyubi came out and essentially killed Naruto and if it escaped would have done even more damage to Konoha, she was lucky Minato came back from the dead for plot and saved Naruto.
And here, what was she hoping to achieve? She would have died and left 2 kids as orphans.

The significance of this scene as we realize the young boy we grew up with has become a man he wished to be and is willing to die protecting people who once hated him, now adore him. Physically staggers me every time I see it.
It's his turn to die for everyone...he's willing to because that's what it's been leading up to like hiruzen chiyo asuma jiraya minato kushina nagato itachi neji before him.....he got to have his family his dream and saved his pal kept his promises and word and created his own ninja way and a safer world for everyone to get along post madara

Such a powerful scene. One thing that gets me is that you can see the meaning in the different reactions on the faces of the onlookers. The ones who know what Naruto is about have a sad yet knowing look on their faces cause they know how he is and how he can go all out to protect everyone, they feel sad cause even though they love and respect him he is always having to bear most of the pain ALONE, cause they are unable to step in. The others eg kids and shinobi who did not see him do his thing in the war like Chojuro, have a look of awe on their faces cause you know they've never really seen him in his element. Briliant imo that the writers did this
Favorite little touch about all of this is when we see the reflection of Naruto in Boruto's eyes, and see how it looks just a bit more like the Jogan. And in this "Star of Hope", inside that beautiful pale blue, we see Naruto right in the center of it. Fitting
This is the turning point for Boruto'd character and closer to how he currently is in the manga. He is still the similar kid he was but a lot less bratty, and more mature with aspects like being a Shinobi and what it means to be Hokage. He still states he doesn't want to be Hokage but will help Sarada on her journey to be one.
Zeno I think hes on the Konohamaru route tbh. Super bratty annoying kid who has a goal and no means to acheive it thats shown true power and is givens someone who will guide him on the road to his destiny.

M. in fact, but Naruto is probably the only one who surpassed Hashirama in power, I mean, fighting against Madara, Hashirama had to deal with Kurama 100%, but imagine dealing with a man who can be basically the jinchuuriki of Juubi if he want to (since he still have their chakra inside him, he just does not use it because of plot stuff). It's kinda funny to think that the strongest shinobi ever since Rikudou only was surpassed by another one like him, a reincarnation of Ashura.

Edmilson Santanna madara beat hashirama in the war. Madara also had to fight sage mode by himself when the nine tails was stopped. Hashirama isn’t that strong. KCM2 naruto could probably destroy hashirama.
