We buy for the week. I've found that this is best for us because we would over buy and food would go bad. If buying for the month isn't for you try just shopping for the week. Definitely saved us sooo much money!
Definitely a great video and very needed today. Schools used to teach you these sort of life skills but now days it seems that most are more interested in teaching you coding and business studies than teaching you how to be self sufficient and how to look after yourself properly. I wonder sometimes if that's the plan so economy keeps going as your beholden to others due to being so specialised you can't function without help outside your area of expertise..... anyway back on track, great video and content well needed for alot of people now days, thank you.

I like the tip about folding over the pork chops in the bag. It could make it easier to maybe only grab one out if needed without defrosting the whole package.

I switched shopping from once a week to every fortnight, it is massive difference. used leftover dinner for my lunch at work, I buy meat in bulk and seperate before freezing and I buy mostly the cheapest brands I can get because to me they taste exactly the same.
