*FYI: i am aware that i'm the WORST teno player EVER, i am not a teno main nor do i play it very often but i tried my best.. so instead of leaving me hate comments of much i SUCK at it i would prefer some tips and tricks for teno so i can get better at it!*

So here's a tip, Teno attacks are more passive oriented, unlike Diablo that you have to run after the predator, Tenos works better if you let the predator run after you, 1 simple example, run in straight line looking back when the predator its close enough tail slam for knocking down and then as many kicks in the head you can! It's easy cause when you start running he will run after you, and mostly forgot you can tail slam while in full run, you can use claw attack while troting too, and remember to aways keep your back in the danger the direction 🫶🏼
First off, change your alt attack keybinds to a single button, something that's close to your fingers and get used to it, having to press 2 buttons at once mid combat will fck you over many times.
When fighting moving targets, attack where they're going, not where they are, cause they won't be there anymore by the time your attack goes off.
Your kick hitbox is tiny af, so when you knock something down, get as close to it as possible before kicking, you have the time to do it while they're stunned.
After you landed a good amount of kicks on someone, chase them, they'll likely bleed out because of how good Teno's bleed is. Even if they don't bleed out, if you chase them, their blood will get so low they'll be forced to leave you alone. Obviously don't chase if you're also bleeding heavily.
Be more aggressive when fighting Ceratos. You're faster than it, so chase it, bite it, apply pressure and damage, and if it turns around to try and bite you, turn around at the same time and kick it. This only really works in 1v1s or if you're fighting multiple smaller Ceratos.
Use claw swipes more often, they're very quick and efficient against smaller carnivores and you can even use them when you're completely out of stam.
Don't bother attacking Dilo's clones. Just move away from them and try to get them to hit the tip of your tail to minimize damage, if you attack them they'll automatically do damage to you. And definitely don't use kicks and tail slams against them, it's a complete waste of stam and you'll get hit anyway.
You fought fine, just some decision making to look at. You just need more practice on it. Teno has the most attacks of any creature so it's easy to get focused on one thing.
Some small tips:
* Teno's tail slam has 3 directions. Straight, slightly left, slightly right. You can clip a creature and still get the knock-down animation. Being precise pays off for those headkick follow ups. Carnos weight reduction means you can punish it SO much harder for even looking at you wrong.
* The tail slam animation has priority over many other animations of creatures in its weight class. You can puke and slam at the same time, but not if you puke first. Slam can still be used to interrupt carno charge. (You should be able to win most 2v1s against carnos as teno now)
* Chasing the new carno is to their advantage (unless they're bleeding a lot) so like the other person said, being defensive is better for you. The teno trot is still really fast. Make them spend double stamina instead of you chasing them. Cerato is so slow and the trot is a joke compared to teno. Literally just keep going a certain direction in a straight line. You WILL get away.
* You used the environment more near then end. The fight in the open field was odd. The ceras had a bigger advantage there. Herbivores tend to have bigger AOEs than a lot of carnivores, so a funnel sort of setup saves lives. The fallacy of camping was fabricated by salty players, don't worry.
* Tenos weakness imo is that it doesn't have much bleed resistance. I'd get a mutation for that and the damage converted to stamina mutation. You did a lot of kicking while running. Stamina on that creature is essential esp if you get to half stam in less than 30 seconds of a fight. Maybe watch that for the future.

Lbr, those cera players who kept hunting and tryna kill y'all til every last one was dead probably are the same exact people who throw a piss fit when herbi players are aggro as if their KOSing isn't a direct cause of aggression in herbi players.
As for a few teno tips:
Tail slam to stun, kick once or twice, ideally get a claw for bleed before they run off. Teno is more about patience and reading the opponent than it is attacking. Keep stam high, ideally if you can stay still and let them come to you try to nail with either a directionally aimed tail slam or if they're close enough, kick and try to aim for the head at that. Big thing is try to move as little as possible as teno and let the opponent run themselves into your attacks to waste as little stam as possible.

please use tactical endurance mutation im not sure what your running right now but tactical endurance is very very powerful and keeps you in a fight

def like teno gameplay :)) would try use slam and then the kick tho,so ceras lay at the bottom ;) and use maybe claw more so the enemys bleed,still good vide! love teno vs cera!
