Sorry, but your Kumpel & Keule rating is a complete misrepresentation. Don’t know what you get there but I am a frequent Burger eater there (Market Hall, not the restaurant) and they are among the best burgers in Berlin. I am a burger lover. I eat at minetta tavern as well as at Shake shack as well as at all the places in Berlin you visited (I am a resident). You should give them another try… maybe the chefs cat died that day of his girlfriend left him, I don’t know… bug they have on of the best burger (not smash burger) in Berlin.
We can only review the burgers we eat, of course, but we’re happy to hear that they’re usually better. We’ll try to visit them again in the future, for sure!
