Alam ko yang ganyan na pakiramdam kc nakilala ko rin ang MAHALIMA noong mga panahong ang dilim dilim lahat sa buhay ko. Kahit may pamilya at mga kaibigan naman na nandiyan pakiramdam ko ay walang nakakaintindi sa nararamdaman ko. Para sa iba OA na ang grieving ko ayoko ng nararamdaman ko pero ang hirap hirap takasan hanggang sa nadiagnosed na nga ako ng depression. Nagtherapy ako pero ang hirap magtiwala at magshare ng nararamdaman ko sa Therapist. I feel that I was protecting that wave of emotions, it consumed me, it changed me. Ganun pala ang pakiramdam ng mawalan sa buhay Tatay at kapatid ko sabay silang nawala 😭😭😭😭😭 thru a tragic accident! I hit rock bottom, ang mahirap pa nasa ibang bansa ako malayo sa mga kapatid ko kaya pakiramdam ko wala akong makapitan. Sabi niya sakin dapat tulungan ko rin ang sarili ko learn new hobbies, watch motivational videos or testimonials, funny videos etc at doon ko na nga nakilala ang SB19 napanood ko ang whisper challenge nila and little did I know tawang tawa na ako at nakilala ko ang A'TIN Famdom. Nagkaroon ako ng bagong pamilya na di ko man kadugo o kakilala nararamdaman ko ang pagmamahal. Ang boys tlg ang nakatulong saakin kaya naging ok na ako, I still have my down moments pero manageable na siya. May mga tao tlg tayong makikilala na magiging inspirasyon at magtuturo sa atin na maging matatag at maging positibo, maging mabait, Mahal na mahal ko sila at habang buhay akong magpapasalamat dahil pinili nilang maging SB19 at hindi sila sumuko. Alagaan natin tlg ang mental health natin at laban lang kahit anong unos ang dumaan kayang kaya nating malampasan, one step at a time. Wag madaliin ang process, at humingi tayo ng tulong kung kinakailangan.
yes I also believe God created SB19 to uplift inspire entertain people and they were there especially during pandemic where people are in lockdown and depress SB19 really inspire so many people. Hello Kakai. I just took a break from work, and I happened to come across this vlog. Last year, I was at a research conference in UAE and during the break, a male, Indian colleague asked me about SB19. Another female Egyptian colleague heard him and asked me about SB19 as well when they learnt that I am Filipino. I couldn't answer them because I had never heard of SB19 and they seemed to be shocked. They said SB19 was famous and that they loved their songs, so I got curious and checked on the boys. And that's it. Just one uplifting, inspiring song - What? - got me. I have been fangirling ever since. My kids, aged 28 and 26 years (a lawyer and an accountant), used to tease me, but now they got hooked as well. As an OFW, I had to constantly fight against homesickness and depression. SB19 is my cure. So, I can perfectly relate. I hope SB19 will consider having a show here in Muscat, Oman.

I became a fan because of the music .. I just felt the sincerity in their music, their musicality, artistry and performance level grabe,..that was 2020, flashforward 2021 my mom underwent spine surgery and was diagnosed w/ cancer, it was the worst time of life, and SB19 got me through it.. I watched the BITZ in the hospital, 2 days after my mom's surgery..my mom cried seeing me enjoying and smiling genuinely for the 1st time after two months namin sa hospital.. naka.locked in din kami dun due to covid restrictions, I didn't see any of my friends kami lng talaga ng mama ko sa hospital..so lagi nlng kami ng.iiyakan... during those times vlogs, interviews, and performances nla yung palagi kung pinapanood... Thank you is an understatement. I am and will be an A'tin for as long I live.
💯💯💯 REAL STORY Sister ko ang unang fan nila. She found them at her lowest point when she was going through physical and mental challenges. It was them who brought life and laughter to her (I also believe it’s God who put them to her heart). And because of my sister I gott to know SB19 and I also became a fan because of their talent, but fell inlove because of their personalities and story. Little did I know they will also be the one that will help and save me during may mental breakdowns. Whenever I’m having panic and anxiety attack, what I do is I listen and watch them. In that way, I can divert my attention and control my breathing, smile a little, be inspired and eventually overcome my attacks. They may not know this impact they have to people, but I believe it’s really God who puts them to where they are right now and anoint them to inspire and become His healing to us. 💙
I’m a new fan den po ng sb19. This september lang, actually nag karoon lang ako ng interest na kilalanin talaga sila dahil sa mga tiktok videos nila na lumalabas sa fyp ko. Tapos sinearch ko agad sila sa youtube tas yun na napupuyat ako kakanood sa kanila. Hanggang sa narealize ko lang na kulang yung araw ko kapag hindi ako nakanood ng vlogs nila or nakinig ng kanta nila. Never ko talaga inexpect na magiging ganito yung epekto nila sakin. Ang galing lang kasi super stress ako non sa school at sa iba pang mga bagay nung nag decide ako na panoorin ko yung mga vlogs nila. Nung nalaman ko yung mga hirap na pinag daanan nila at yung kwento ng buhay nila, mas lalo akong ginanahan na lumaban sa buhay para balang araw masuklian ko din yung mga hirap na tiniis ng mga magulang ko. relate na relate ako sa story mo ms. kakai... i was also at my lowest nung maging fan ako ng SB19.. they saved me without me knowing it. dahil sa pandemic halos gusto ko na bitawan lahat: my teaching career, my passion for drawing and painting. iniwan pa ako ng taong pinagkatiwalaan ko nang buong-buo, lahat na. tipong gusto ko na lang maglaho ganun. then lumitaw sa youtube suggestion yung What? MV nila. dun na, i saw myself binge watching their videos and their songs. And as day passed, i felt better. and dali ko maka-move on to the point the kahit stressful ung WFH set up ng pagtuturo nun, I got something to look forward to lalo kapag may mga ganap sila. and the rest is history. They saved me. Their songs and story saved me.

The start of the lockdown in Manila April of 2020 was the hardest. Yun yung pinakasimula na hindi na malaman ng mga tao kung anong gagawin. Bawal lumabas, bawal makipagkita sa mga friends physically kasi mahirap na magkahawaan. Kaming mag-asawa kasama ng 1 year old namin, nasa condo lang. Ang pinakamasaklap na part noon, naka ABS-CBN TV plus kami, tapos nawalan ng franchise ang ABS, so wala na kaming napapanood. Bago mawalan ng franchise, nakahiligan ng 1 year namin ang sumayaw sa "Go Up" at "Alab" ng SB19 kapag pinapalabas sa MYX (isa sa mga channel na meron ang TV plus). Yung sobra syang tuwang-tuwa kapag tumutugtog na ang kanta na yun... nung nawalan ng franchise ang ABS, buti nalang may spotify... doon namin hinanap ang Alab at Go Up na paulit-ulit naming pinatutugtog kada umaga para sa 1 year old namin na anak... and that actually led us to discover all the songs of SB19... na hanggang ngayon ay ang pangpakalma ng dalawa naming anak kapag nagtatantrums... Isa ang SB19 na nagpatawid ng pandemic dilemma namin sa Maynila through their songs. Mahal na mahal namin ang SB kasi sobra kaming inspired sa kung paano sila nagsimula at nagtagumpay. Hindi toxic ang mga fans ng SB... ramdam mo lagi ang suporta at pagmamahal kahit hindi kayo magkakakilala personally. Kapag alam nilang A'tin ka, natural na sa kanila na tawagin kang kapatid... I'm a silent fan of them for 2yrs. May isa akong kakilala na same kami ng agency, lage syang nagsheshare tungkol sa SB19 sa fb pero dedma lng ako sa post nya. One time may short video clip na Mapa ang kanta pero hindi SB ang kumanta (kinantahan nya ang kanyang parents while binibigay nya ang kanyang licence na teacher na sya) and that made me cry. From that search kona yong kanta and start listening to it (at frist hindi ko expect cla kumanta and mas na shock ako na cla pa talaga sumulat) while listening sa song iyak2 pa ako kc breadwinner and nasa abroad pa. From that lahat ng kanta at vids nila naging libangan ko na sa panunuod. Isa din cla sa nagpapawala ng stress ko at homesick. SB19 THANK YOU for coming into my life. ❤️. After 3 months me and my family gor covid too. I came across their video ung kwento juan and from there I started binge watching. They are truly angels sent from heaven. Alam ko yang ganyan na pakiramdam kc nakilala ko rin ang MAHALIMA noong mga panahong ang dilim dilim lahat sa buhay ko. Kahit may pamilya at mga kaibigan naman na nandiyan pakiramdam ko ay walang nakakaintindi sa nararamdaman ko. Para sa iba OA na ang grieving ko ayoko ng nararamdaman ko pero ang hirap hirap takasan hanggang sa nadiagnosed na nga ako ng depression. Nagtherapy ako pero ang hirap magtiwala at magshare ng nararamdaman ko sa Therapist. I feel that I was protecting that wave of emotions, it consumed me, it changed me. Ganun pala ang pakiramdam ng mawalan sa buhay Tatay at kapatid ko sabay silang nawala 😭😭😭😭😭 thru a tragic accident! I hit rock bottom, ang mahirap pa nasa ibang bansa ako malayo sa mga kapatid ko kaya pakiramdam ko wala akong makapitan. Sabi niya sakin dapat tulungan ko rin ang sarili ko learn new hobbies, watch motivational videos or testimonials, funny videos etc at doon ko na nga nakilala ang SB19 napanood ko ang whisper challenge nila and little did I know tawang tawa na ako at nakilala ko ang A'TIN Famdom. Nagkaroon ako ng bagong pamilya na di ko man kadugo o kakilala nararamdaman ko ang pagmamahal. Ang boys tlg ang nakatulong saakin kaya naging ok na ako, I still have my down moments pero manageable na siya. May mga tao tlg tayong makikilala na magiging inspirasyon at magtuturo sa atin na maging matatag at maging positibo, maging mabait, Mahal na mahal ko sila at habang buhay akong magpapasalamat dahil pinili nilang maging SB19 at hindi sila sumuko. Alagaan natin tlg ang mental health natin at laban lang kahit anong unos ang dumaan kayang kaya nating malampasan, one step at a time. Wag madaliin ang process, at humingi tayo ng tulong kung kinakailangan.
yes I also believe God created SB19 to uplift inspire entertain people and they were there especially during pandemic where people are in lockdown and depress SB19 really inspire so many people. Hello Kakai. I just took a break from work, and I happened to come across this vlog. Last year, I was at a research conference in UAE and during the break, a male, Indian colleague asked me about SB19. Another female Egyptian colleague heard him and asked me about SB19 as well when they learnt that I am Filipino. I couldn't answer them because I had never heard of SB19 and they seemed to be shocked. They said SB19 was famous and that they loved their songs, so I got curious and checked on the boys. And that's it. Just one uplifting, inspiring song - What? - got me. I have been fangirling ever since. My kids, aged 28 and 26 years (a lawyer and an accountant), used to tease me, but now they got hooked as well. As an OFW, I had to constantly fight against homesickness and depression. SB19 is my cure. So, I can perfectly relate.

I just felt the sincerity in their music, their musicality, artistry and performance level grabe,..that was 2020, flashforward 2021 my mom underwent spine surgery and was diagnosed w/ cancer, it was the worst time of life, and SB19 got me through it.. I watched the BITZ in the hospital, 2 days after my mom's surgery..my mom cried seeing me enjoying and smiling genuinely for the 1st time after two months namin sa hospital.. naka.locked in din kami dun due to covid restrictions, I didn't see any of my friends kami lng talaga ng mama ko sa hospital..so lagi nlng kami ng.iiyakan... during those times vlogs, interviews, and performances nla yung palagi kung pinapanood...

Sister ko ang unang fan nila. She found them at her lowest point when she was going through physical and mental challenges. It was them who brought life and laughter to her (I also believe it’s God who put them to her heart). And because of my sister I gott to know SB19 and I also became a fan because of their talent, but fell inlove because of their personalities and story. Little did I know they will also be the one that will help and save me during may mental breakdowns.
Whenever I’m having panic and anxiety attack, what I do is I listen and watch them. In that way, I can divert my attention and control my breathing, smile a little, be inspired and eventually overcome my attacks.
They may not know this impact they have to people, but I believe it’s really God who puts them to where they are right now and anoint them to inspire and become His healing to us. 💙
I’m a new fan den po ng sb19. This september lang, actually nag karoon lang ako ng interest na kilalanin talaga sila dahil sa mga tiktok videos nila na lumalabas sa fyp ko. Tapos sinearch ko agad sila sa youtube tas yun na napupuyat ako kakanood sa kanila. Hanggang sa narealize ko lang na kulang yung araw ko kapag hindi ako nakanood ng vlogs nila or nakinig ng kanta nila. Never ko talaga inexpect na magiging ganito yung epekto nila sakin. Ang galing lang kasi super stress ako non sa school at sa iba pang mga bagay nung nag decide ako na panoorin ko yung mga vlogs nila. relate na relate ako sa story mo ms. kakai... i was also at my lowest nung maging fan ako ng SB19.. they saved me without me knowing it. dahil sa pandemic halos gusto ko na bitawan lahat: my teaching career, my passion for drawing and painting. iniwan pa ako ng taong pinagkatiwalaan ko nang buong-buo, lahat na. tipong gusto ko na lang maglaho ganun. then lumitaw sa youtube suggestion yung What? MV nila. dun na, i saw myself binge watching their videos and their songs. And as day passed, i felt better. and dali ko maka-move on to the point the kahit stressful ung WFH set up ng pagtuturo nun, I got something to look forward to lalo kapag may mga ganap sila. and the rest is history. They saved me. Their songs and story saved me.

The start of the lockdown in Manila April of 2020 was the hardest. Yun yung pinakasimula na hindi na malaman ng mga tao kung anong gagawin. Bawal lumabas, bawal makipagkita sa mga friends physically kasi mahirap na magkahawaan. Kaming mag-asawa kasama ng 1 year old namin, nasa condo lang. Ang pinakamasaklap na part noon, naka ABS-CBN TV plus kami, tapos nawalan ng franchise ang ABS, so wala na kaming napapanood. Bago mawalan ng franchise, nakahiligan ng 1 year namin ang sumayaw sa "Go Up" at "Alab" ng SB19 kapag pinapalabas sa MYX (isa sa mga channel na meron ang TV plus). Yung sobra syang tuwang-tuwa kapag tumutugtog na ang kanta na yun... nung nawalan ng franchise ang ABS, buti nalang may spotify... doon namin hinanap ang Alab at Go Up na paulit-ulit naming pinatutugtog kada umaga para sa 1 year old namin na anak... and that actually led us to discover all the songs of SB19... na hanggang ngayon ay ang pangpakalma ng dalawa naming anak kapag nagtatantrums... Isa ang SB19 na nagpatawid ng pandemic dilemma namin sa Maynila through their songs. Mahal na mahal namin ang SB kasi sobra kaming inspired sa kung paano sila nagsimula at nagtagumpay. Hindi toxic ang mga fans ng SB... ramdam mo lagi ang suporta at pagmamahal kahit hindi kayo magkakakilala personally. Kapag alam nilang A'tin ka, natural na sa kanila na tawagin kang kapatid... I'm a silent fan of them for 2yrs. May isa akong kakilala na same kami ng agency, lage syang nagsheshare tungkol sa SB19 sa fb pero dedma lng ako sa post nya. One time may short video clip na Mapa ang kanta pero hindi SB ang kumanta (kinantahan nya ang kanyang parents while binibigay nya ang kanyang licence na teacher na sya) and that made me cry. From that search kona yong kanta and start listening to it (at frist hindi ko expect cla kumanta and mas na shock ako na cla pa talaga sumulat) while listening sa song iyak2 pa ako kc breadwinner and nasa abroad pa. From that lahat ng kanta at vids nila naging libangan ko na sa panunuod. Isa din cla sa nagpapawala ng stress ko at homesick.

I was at my lowest din po nung makilala ko ang SB19. That time may pangyayari sa buhay ko na akala ko magiging dahilan ng pagsuko ko sa lahat. Sobrang nawalan po ako ng gana sa lahat ng bagay. Pero nung magscroll po ako s tiktok I saw Stell. Napukaw nya agad pansin ko hanggang sa Stalk ko na po mga account nya hanggang sa youtube kona po hinanap mga interviews nila. Dun nila ko mas lalong pinahanga. Laking pasasalamat ko sa Diyos kase nilikha nya yung SB19 na magbibigay lakas at pagasa sa mga tao. SLMT SB19, Mahal na mahal namin kayo. And Ms. Kakai laban lang po tayo always! Sama sama po tayo palagi.

OMG! Same feels Ms Kakai! They also came to my life in my darkest moment. My one and only brother died coz of covid and did not get the chance to see him. After 3 months me and my family gor covid too. I came across their video ung kwento juan and from there I started binge watching. They are truly angels sent from heaven. This is the first time na mag fan girl ako ng sobra and mag watch ng concert and buying merch. I am claustrophoebic pero dahil sa SB19 nawala yun kasi kinaya ko manood ng concert.
