i don't think so first of all, blot is caused by overwhelming bad emotions and eccessive use of magic I don't think that Malleus is the main cause. Grim may or may not play a major role in those overblot case - you see, as much as they're villain, there's no way that a singular man could cause five overblot in a row, considering how rare is it to happen - he doesn't seem to hold a deadly grudge even against Leona, that literally despises him. It would've be utterly stupid for him to do something like that just for revenge against a group of high school kids. Yanno, he's like super old and it would've be so immature of him .
