Just for anyone already getting ready to comment, Kyler is helping to fix the car. He is a great friend of mine and I’m happy he was able to take it for a spin! Ended up being good content!
Kyler is fast! Like the way he drives, it's go big or go home. Thanks Tanner you showed what a great owner you will be when you hang up your helmet forty years from now! Keep up the great work probably see you at Lakeside or at Wheatland when you get back here this season!
With a little seat time, I think Kyler will be alright. It's cool that you let you friend run your kart. Great job, buddy. Don't worry. You'll get it back together,, and be just as fast!!
Kyler never really looked comfortable in traffic, but he was getting better and more comfortable with l’âpre. Good on you for giving him the opportunity!
This video says a lot about what kind of person you are! Supporting your friend 100% no matter what is how it should be! He obviously couldn’t help it. It did make for a good video! Lol The respect and support you showed your driver/friend earned a subscriber! Im a closet fan no more!🥳😂
Let's do this! (Comments b4 watching) That was probably your best video production ever. Shows how much effort goes into what you do Tanner. I wish Kyler the best with that foot, I'm guessing the left foot. Is Brian Hubert in the famous Hubert racing family from Anderson?
He drove hard and showed a lot of speed maybe a little to hard but nothing more then most drivers he really showed how much he wanted to be at the front
Really cool content man its awesome to see risks being taken as an owner of a race car like that! Honestly worth the damage imo he had some real speed!
For any one who has never been a part of a race team , you have no knowledge of what the driver, owner, crews know. Just showing up to the track, you accept the dangers of the sport. no driver can miss every accident and or avoid damages. Tanner knows this, his dad knows it and yet they go on with it. The only way to not damage or wreck is to stay home. Glad you are ok Kyler.
Just racing, you just can't avoid everything !!! I'm glad Kyler is ok ! Looks like he just needs more seat time and confidence ! Keep Slinging dirt an chasing the Checkers!!! GOD BLESS Y'ALL !!!
Only one thing to say Tanner, That's racing, nothing could have been done , just caught as a innocent bystander. Kyler was doing real good and he should be proud of his go in the 18T.
I think he did great for the first time driving that car, it's a fast car. just part of racing. when I raced, if you didn't spin out you were not trying hard enough. waiting on next week race.
Welcome to the world of ownership. Curious as to your perspective and reaction, Tanner. Worthy of a separate video after you reflect on this, for sure.
Always hurts a little more when you tear something up and you aren't driving it 😀 I let my college roomate drive my backup kart one weekend and he destroyed it in practice. He wasn't used to the mini-brake system on it and launched it over someone at track exit and into a pole. Kart totalled but he was fine. 💩 happens fast on the race track, especially in those karts you run. That was a big hit.
First off..... I don't get how anybody can blame Kyler on that wreck. He was a victim of circumstance. Plus, he's helping you out with the repair, as you typed in the comments. Second off..... Has anybody noticed the driver's uniform Brian Hubert was wearing? That's a Bill Davis Racing uniform when Dave Blaney raced for him. (Noticed the Toyota patch on his left arm.)..... I wonder if that's his dad's pit uniform?
Hey Tanner, I think Kyler did well and could've got a top 3 had he not crashed. Thought I'll tell you this since you're a huge fan of his dad: Brexton Busch was racing his outlaw kart over the weekend and he won! The gap was 0.058 seconds according to Race Monitor. His dad was so close to winning the Busch Clash but could've won it if there was another caution. It's a shame about what happened to your car. Kyle Busch once said to Brexton after he crashed: "We can replace cars, but we can't replace drivers". By the way, the World of Outlaws are back this week, who do you think will become the 2022 champion?
If you gents don't mind me asking how much does Kyler weight outside of the kart and his height . . Just trying to get some estimates for my own setup thanks . Good job dudes keep it goin
@@TannerHolmes Thanks Tanner ! I was just curious I'm good I guess haha for Pennsylvania area , I'm 6'1 and 225 and I can still keep up with minimal equipment , it's hard for us big boys sometimes gotta have top notch power when your bigger...sometimes I just wonder if I'm trying to conquer something that can't be conquered with the karts with a guy my size.
CO got the parts for the race car , DR wow that's good , CO are you coming over , DR i can't right now just got a new set Pings so Hilti and i are gone to go play 9 holes , see you at the track ...Oh my to be a car owner.........lol................( this monday and we race on saturday )
Nice job Kyler. You're fast, so don't give up on racing. I think you could do well and have a lot of fun doing it. PS - Lose the "pseudo-moustache", it's not helping the look. Maybe a few years down the road, you can try again. Also, "Kyler" is a little boy's name (blame your parents for no future thought on that one, haha). What's your middle name? If it's something that starts with an acceptable consonant, maybe go with your initials... "KJ", "KT", "KC", etc. If that doesn't work, just pretend you have an acceptable middle name for the initials and go with it... anything but "Kyler", good god, that's not what you want to be pinned with on a race track! You'll never get any respect :) Just some constructive criticism. Cheers, Sev
Tanner, until you can put someone in the seat to drive that is BETTER than you, it would be wise to stay in the driver's seat. Kyler has potential, but the time for winning is now. I'm glad he is OK.
Just for anyone already getting ready to comment, Kyler is helping to fix the car. He is a great friend of mine and I’m happy he was able to take it for a spin! Ended up being good content!
It’s sad that you even have to preface that he’s helping fix it
This shows how important the heat race is. Doing well in the heat keeps you out of the danger zone in the main.
Kyler is fast! Like the way he drives, it's go big or go home. Thanks Tanner you showed what a great owner you will be when you hang up your helmet forty years from now! Keep up the great work probably see you at Lakeside or at Wheatland when you get back here this season!
That was a hard hit with nowhere to go. Give the 18T a thorough checkup and see you at the next one.
With a little seat time, I think Kyler will be alright. It's cool that you let you friend run your kart. Great job, buddy. Don't worry. You'll get it back together,, and be just as fast!!

Is Brian Hubert in the famous Hubert racing family from Anderson?
Yes he is apart of that family
Cool to see Kyler get behind the wheel
He drove hard and showed a lot of speed maybe a little to hard but nothing more then most drivers he really showed how much he wanted to be at the front
As a racer it’s hard to explain. That was a lose lose situation. But glad everyone is ok
Man that I felt that crash what a tough break Still he did pretty good
Really cool content man its awesome to see risks being taken as an owner of a race car like that! Honestly worth the damage imo he had some real speed!
Kyler did a great job. In the video showed NO place to go. Better luck next weekend. One of those racing things. Good

Very true

He's definitely a shoe. Getting stuck with the squirrels in the B was the tough thing.
bigg hit at the end of a beautiful race

That’s a wild story lol.
I'm glad still got your sponsors exposure by wearing your suit even though you weren't driving.
I did NOT see that coming whatsoever! It happened so fast & boom!
Roseburg is a fist fight in a phone booth good job guys
Just a racing accident. Not Kyle's fault in any way.
On another note, drivers dont help fix a damaged race car, friends do.
No place to go!! Good job!!!
Do you run the car in high gear?
We run it in 4th gear
lol. Tanner wearing his fire suit all night🤣
I ran the wingless portion of the night
Great job
No way to miss that crash
@tanner holmes, why were you in your racing suit if you weren't racing that weekend?
I ran the non wing portion in the car
why you wearing the full racesuit if you're not driving? lol
I ran the wingless portion of the night

Big fan of Breton awesome to see him win. Hard to bet against Brad Sweet WoO
He klyer had no where to go and got pil drive in the rear glad he is ok and commend him on helping to fix the 18t
That sucks. He definitely has potential!
Dam 56 car jumping the start by a car length man
How'd it feel seeing your car being wheeled around by someone else. I know for me and my dad it gives us a sense of pride.
A sense of pride but also makes me more nervous than driving lol. It was a good experience
@@TannerHolmes yeah I understand hopefully Kyler gets more opportunities he has the makings of a wheelman
Sorry bout that 😬
It happens.... Its Bullring racing.
Why were you wearing a fire suit
I ran the wingless portion of the night
@@TannerHolmes oh that’s cool

Probably 5’10 and 170ish pounds

I said this in another video.. its all good if everyone is going the right way and going 100 mph.. as soon as someone isnt.isn't.. ohhh my
People kept parking it in front of him in the 2nd heat
Just a little jesting ,you work good together ........

Kiddo, my bad. I should have never posted in the previous vid.. please don't wreck, please don't wreck.
Get it fixed and take it back to victory lane.
No where to go is what I have to say that’s short track racing
