It is all relative. Bode plots can be much more complicated.

Actually there is some truth to that. I remember my first graduate course on quantum mechanics and the book's title was: "INTRODUCTION to quantum mechanics". I was already lost on page 2 even though I already had several undergraduate courses on quantum mechanics. 🙂
