@@BurkStah I would deffo have an understanding of the trust& service that you are working for, for example their values& what their service provides for patients. Understand the role of the job you are applying for so you can list them off in the interview and talk about experience that you have that would be beneficial for a role such as the one your applying for…. 1 year down the line; it’s a great, rewarding job which has given me soo much valuable experience and boosted my confidence with interacting with patients. It is definitely a great position to work in. I hope I have answered your question efficiently
