But operationally it ends up generating doubt. Where do sales fall in? In the RVC where the account was opened or the RVC where the account was closed? What is your recommendation so that this separation is clear both in the screen flows and in the reports?

Hello, I have a question. How can I enable or disable the authorization request for some menu items? Example: I have some cabanas in a specific menu class and sales itemizer. To add those cabanas to the guest check, only managers are allowed, no servers. How can I change that?
Reporting Tab is greyed out for any employee. I cannot click on activate. Some users have this tab already fully filled out but Im unable to change it. I have super user role.
If I create a new acount this user can enter to the EMC interface right? Because I already have an account on simphony not as a manager now I need one as a manager so I need the credentials to EMC.
You will need to ask a Property Expert level employee to create the Manager account for you. If you have an employee account, you cannot access EMC. Also, someone will high level access can change your role to manager and add EMC credentials for the current user as well. Bottom line, you need a manager with high level to help you.
You can see them in Menu Item Maintenance and export the page. Then use Excell to count the different sections. If you just need a total number, it shows on the bottom (35 records found)

You can add it using a new Tender Media. Copy the Cash Record and Name it PDQ. Make sure its on the screen and add all necessary transactions to that tender. They will be tracked separately.
You can buy the cards from Oracle, and then using the Employee ID button on the workstation, program the card. Press the employee ID button, select the employee from the list, then touch edit and swipe the card when prompted to enter the new number.
Find the employee using it, and delete them from the system (if they are fired). Or, change their login to a different number or card. There is no way to un-assign, it has to be replaced by something else.
What role would I select so my bartenders don’t have to swipe their micros card after each transaction and they just go back to the begin table screen??
Check what employee class is assigned to the employee. Then go to employee classes, double click the employee class the colleague has assigned, go to operator options within employee classes and make sure option bit 8 is NOT selected. Click save and do a quick database refresh
If you are using Simphony Labor (adding employees in the R&A portal, then you can terminate them from there. There is a checkbox If you are maintaining employees in EMC, you can just delete the employee record. Note this will not permanently remove the record, just make it inactive. There is a permanently delete option, which I don't recommend using.

Check the control and print parameters, there are option bits there.

How to remove a “close cash drawer” error message
If you dont have a cash drawer attached and you see this message, you need remove the cash drawer from the workstation in EMC and then reboot.
