Hi brother , I have recently bought a RX 100 G4 bore . When I opened the head found out that 1mm bore is running. The clutch assemble I have is of RX 135. Its currently running on a Mikuni carb. I recently got the clutch bell, gear shafts changed and the gears are now considerably smooth. The only problem I now have is I am not getting pickup and the vehicle doesn’t go above 60kmph. When accelerated in small gears I get the noise like air leakage (patr patr noise ) . Please help to diagnose the issue
Hi bro.. just a query before I jump into any conclusion, i see that you have bought a G4 bore recently. Did you rebore it? or it was a running bore you just directly fit into the bike? The reason being to know if the bike is still in run in period (topically 500 kms post rebore). If yes, usually all mechanics will keep the tuning in petrol rich post rebore for better lubrication due to which the bike can't do top speeds.
There is one more gimmick in document checking. Never buy a vehicle which had been issued NOC to other states or to our own state. To get canceled or get it done it’s very difficult
