I think Kylie didn't intentionally mean to stir the pot between Kim and Kourtney if she's the sister involved, however I think Khloe is the primary sister who would've been actively involved in that situation beyond witnessing the fight. I assume Kylie and Khloe gave their simple advice and thoughts to each sister, Kim and Kourtney, and those influenced each sister to feel the way that have (good or bad). Kim and Kourtney have had professional differences for years and the fame doesn't help that, which I think based on Kourtney's personality and demeanor it's obvious to see she's the most of all sisters who'd be willing to shy away and live outside of fame entirely. I think one of the primary reasons she stays within fame is because to do otherwise would involve her to leave her family behind in some way and to physically move to a state where Scott would likely find difficult/have issue with later. As for Khloe and Kylie coming up later on in the reading, I don't know exactly how that involves Kim and Kourtney's fight. But based on some brief trailers I've watched, maybe Kourtney's feeling of lack of support and complete involvement (in Kourtney's opinion and not her sister/other's) from her sisters like Khloe in the fight caused her to relate a similar issue Kourtney believes Khloe has. That is not to say Khloe is oblivious and uncaring, but just that she sees the world differently than Kourtney and again I think that is obvious because Khloe does handle the world tougher and colder than she once did due to her own life experiences (ex: rumor or truth of a different father than Robert K., romantic partner with drug addiction, divorce, infidelity, etc.). Khloe has cried and seen her old "softness" as a way people have exploited and capitalized on, and now she feels she can't be that soft to others anymore. Thus, in interactions I've watched with Khloe and other sisters Khloe does come off as more tough love than a decade ago and has a very "no bs" approach. I get that as a Sun in Cancer myself and due to the current Saturn and Pluto transitions I'm feeling a similar way.
