Hi, by storing the henna in the freezer, it shouldn't get stuck in cone
But If it still stuck, transfer the mehndi from the cone to another cone, mix it well before doing this. It gets stuck due to air being trapped so it is best to transfer it to a new cone.

When we mix the henna mixture,
if you don't mix it properly than the oil separates
When you mix henna mix it well
When you take out the henna cones from the freezer roll it between your hands so that oil will combine well again
