02:06:40 changeLotZoning Residential didnt work cuz you went back to the neighborhood without saving. After you enter the cheat visually you wont see any changes but in neighborhood view you will see its now residential. Load in again and do the changes you couldnt do when it was in apartmentbase. Hopefully this will help you
There actually used to be a similar mod to basemental drugs ( I think it was even called that) on sims 2 years ago - it’s disappeared online but I still have them in my downloads folder somewhere on my old ass pc. I’m pretty sure they had party drugs and could grow weed and a lot of other sinister things
